Brad Keller Allows Two Runs Over Six Innings
4 years agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Brad Keller earned his second win of the year on Monday against the Detroit Tigers. Keller pitched six innings and allowed eight hits, two walks and two earned runs while striking out four. Keller is off to an awful start to the 2021 season. He's failed to make it to the end of the second inning in two of his five starts and has a 9.00 ERA and 2.28 WHIP. Monday's start was a step in the right direction, but still wasn't fantastic, especially given the lackluster Tigers lineup facing him. His next start will be on Sunday against the Minnesota Twins.
