4 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander (ankle) has been placed on the 10-day injured list and is expected to be sidelined 2-4 weeks with a sprained left ankle. Santander underwent an MRI on Wednesday and it came back negative, revealing no fracture. Santander suffered the injury in the first inning of Tuesday's game against the Miami Marlins and was replaced by Austin Hays, who should see an increase in playing time with Santander out. Ryan Mountcastle could also see his playing time go up in the next few weeks as well.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
