4 years agoThe Minnesota Twins have placed shortstop Andrelton Simmons on the COVID-19 injured list. Simmons is currently away from the team and it isn't clear whether he tested positive for COVID-19 or not at this point. While he remains away from the team, Jorge Polanco and Luis Arraez should be splitting shortstop duties. Simmons is off to a strong start to his first year with the Twins. Over 10 games, he's slashed .355/.474/.452 while primarily hitting out of the eighth and ninth spots in the lineup.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
