Adbert Alzolay Experiences Dizziness After Wednesday's Start
4 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Adbert Alzolay had a spell of dizziness after completing the fifth inning of Wednesday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. As he was examined by the team's medical staff, the dizziness passed and he was cleared by the staff. However, he didn't return to the mound. Cubs manager David Ross said that he had been planning to pull Alzolay after the fifth inning regardless. It was a solid outing for Alzolay, who pitched five innings and allowed three hits, one walk and two earned runs while striking out seven. His next start will be on Tuesday against the Cleveland Indians.
