Kristian Campbell Has Chance To Play Every Day At Second Base
1 day agoBoston Red Sox prospect Kristian Campbell has a chance to play every day at second base to begin the season. The 22-year-old appears to be ready for the MLB after hitting .330/.439/.558 with 20 home runs, 77 RBI, and 20 stolen bases between three different minor-league levels last season. However, the signing of Alex Bregman does make this situation a little more cloudy. In a perfect world, third baseman Rafael Devers would move to designated hitter, while Bregman plays third and Campbell takes over as the everyday option at second base. This is certainly going to be a story to watch throughout spring training. Once in MLB, Campbell has enough upside to be an immediate fantasy threat in all formats.
