BALLER MOVE: Add as TE2 with TE1 upside

ANALYSIS: All of the trends are pointing upward when it comes to Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz. Well, almost all of the trends. He's caught at least five passes in three straight games, including a season-high seven for 68 yards this past Sunday. He also led the team with 10 targets.
But he has still yet to find the end zone, a glaring omission from an otherwise solid season. Ertz has at least five catches for at least 60 yards in three of his last five games, solid benchmarks for a tight end. But there's no sugarcoating it -- the lack of touchdowns pulls down his value. The odds would indicate that Ertz, who has seven career touchdown catches, is simply due for a score soon. But until we actually see that happen, there will be hesitancy.
For now, Ertz remains a solid backup tight end that can serve as a bye-week fill-in. That remains true this week as he faces an often generous Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense. And if Ertz starts to find the end zone on a regular basis, he would likely vault into TE1 consideration. The upside is there.
