It's time for the final week of then XFL regular season. Heading into this final week, the playoff picture still isn't set. The Defenders and Roughnecks are in, but the BattleHawks, Sea Dragons, Renegades and Brahmas are all alive in the hunt for the final two spots.
With DraftKings offering XFL contests again this year, I'll be here every week with lineup picks for the league, focusing on the four-game main slates.
Below, you'll find my thoughts on the Week 10 DFS slate of XFL contests on DraftKings, which goes live on 4/22/2023 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Be sure to also read all our other weekly XFL fantasy football articles. Let's get to it, and good luck RotoBallers!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 10 XFL DFS Picks
Ben DiNucci - Seattle Sea Dragons - vs Vegas Vipers - $12,200
DiNucci remains the league's top passer by volume, as he's thrown for 2,332 yards, pretty far ahead of second-place A.J. McCarron at 1,730 yards, though it's worth noting McCarron did miss a game, and that McCarron has one more total touchdown this season. Both are strong DFS plays every week.
I mean DiNucci this time around though, because the Sea Dragons are in a must-win spot and throw the ball more than anyone else. I imagine this team will let DiNucci sling it. The Vipers allow the third-most passing yards in the league at 207.3 points per game.
DiNucci also adds value on the ground. His 264 rushing yards rank eighth in the XFL, ahead of every other quarterback. He has a pair of rushing touchdowns.
Jack Coan - San Antonio Brahmas - vs DC Defenders - $8,200
The DC Defenders are the league's best team, but you know what they can't defend? The pass. DC allows 262.2 passing yards per game, more than any other XFL team—and it's not particularly close, as second-worst Orlando allows 223.6.
That makes whoever plays against DC interesting, and this week it's San Antonio QB Jack Coan's turn to take up that mantle. Coan's had some really poor games this season, but he was really good against Orlando last week, going 25-for-31 for 302 yards and a touchdown.
DraftKings Running Backs - Week 10 XFL DFS Picks
Jacques Patrick - San Antonio Brahmas - vs DC Defenders - $8,800
Patrick took a bit to get going, but he's had 80 or more rushing yards in three of the past four games, and has found the end zone two games in a row. He's also getting a LOT of volume, including a season-high 20 carries against Orlando last week.
He also was heavily involved in the passing game last week, catching five of his seven targets for 50 yards. He's been targeted four or more times in five or more games now. There's simply not many options at running backs with the high floor and high ceiling that Patrick has, especially when Abram Smith and Brian Hill both cost over $10,000.
Devin Darrington - Orlando Guardians - @ St. Louis BattleHawks - $5,700
Darrington's had an up-and-down year. Back on March 25, he had seven carries for 82 yards and two scores, but then the next two weeks he combined for just 22 rushing yards. Then came last week against the Brahmas, when Darrington broke out, carrying the ball 16 times for 133 yards and a touchdown.
This weekend, Darrington faces the BattleHawks, who allow a league-high 131.0 rushing yards per game. They're one of just two squads allowing 100-plus yards per contest on the ground. There's obviously a lot of risk here, but if you want to go for a value play at running back, there's also a ton of upside.
DraftKings Wide Receivers and Tight Ends - Week 10 XFL DFS Picks
Darrius Shepherd - St. Louis BattleHawks - vs Orlando Guardians - $9,700
Shepherd finished with six catches for 60 yards and a touchdown last week. Over the last four games, he's found the end zone four times, and has 60 or more yards in three of those games. He's been targeted five or more times in seven consecutive contests.
This week, St. Louis takes on the Guardians, who allow the second-most passing yards per game in the XFL. They've also allowed a league-high 20 passing touchdowns. Shepherd should get some good opportunities in Week 10.
Juwan Green - Seattle Sea Dragons - vs Vegas Vipers - $6,800
Always a good idea to have exposure to the Sea Dragons passing game, because it's the most reliable passing game in the league. Jahcour Pearson is the highest ceiling play on the team, but there's value with Green, who had seven catches for 142 yards back in Week 8 against DC. He followed that up with just two catches for 30 yards last week, but that's kind of just the roller coaster ride you have to take. Not many guys at this price have the boom upside that Green has, even if his floor remains fairly low.
Last time he faced the Vipers, Green caught just one pass, but it was a 22-yard touchdown. That was the start of some increased work for Green—how will he follow it up in his second outing against Vegas?
Tyler Vaughns - Arlington Renegades - vs Houston Roughnecks - $4,500
I think Arlington's pass-catchers have been my biggest frustration all season. Tight end Sal Cannella has 39 receptions, but second on the team is Vaughns with 27 of them, which admittedly isn't great for a team's top wideout.
But Vaughns has done well lately, catching four passes for 52 yards in Week 8 and then six for 63 last week against DC, which were both season highs. At $4,500, I think there's a good floor and enough upside to make him a viable value play.
