WNBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks (7/30/23): WNBA DFS Advice for DraftKings, FanDuel

WNBA dfs lineup picks daily fantasy basketball stock

Justin Carter's top daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for 7/30/23. Expert WNBA DFS advice for DraftKings, FanDuel.

Big day of WNBA action on Sunday, as all of the league's 12 teams are in action. The headlining game is obvious here, as the Wings visit the Aces at 6:00 p.m. ET to close out the day of basketball. Can the Wings take down the Aces again? (Also of note: the Lynx and Sun play today, but aren't on the main slate for DraftKings or FanDuel since the game starts earliest.)

If you're looking for WNBA daily fantasy picks and some betting advice this season, then you're in the right place. I'll be here providing picks for any slate with two or more games.

In this article, I'll be providing you with some daily fantasy WNBA lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel. These lineup picks will range from elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. The slates lock on 7/30/2023 at 3:00 PM ET. Want to talk more about the WNBA? I'm always available on Twitter and always down to discuss women's basketball: @juscarts.

WNBA DFS Picks: Forward

Satou Sabally (Dallas Wings)  - @ LV - DK: $10,700, FD: $7,700

Satou Sabally is coming off the first triple-double of her WNBA career, scoring 14 points and adding 11 rebounds and 10 assists in the 90-62 win over the Mystics. She also blocked a shot. That game was the third in a row that Sabally has grabbed double-digit rebounds, as she's started to take on more of a rebounding role for the Wings.

It's worth noting Sabally was relatively quiet when it came to scoring when these teams last met, putting up 10 points on 4-for-10 shooting. But she made up for that in other ways, as she had five rebounds, five assists, and five steals to help bolster her final numbers.

Myisha Hines-Allen (Washington Mystics)  - @ ATL - DK: $6,200, FD: $5,500

The Mystics' frontcourt situation potentially gets even worse on Sunday. Elena Delle Donne and Shakira Austin have been out, but Queen Egbo is listed as questionable after leaving Friday's game with an ankle injury.

If you want to go for value, Meng Li is a great option, but I still trust Myisha Hines-Allen to make a bigger impact. She's struggled at times with her shot, shooting 1-for-6 from the floor last game with just three points. But the game before that, she had 12 points, seven rebounds, two assists, one block, and one steal. Earlier this year, she had 16 points on 6-for-11 shooting against this Atlanta team.

Megan Gustafson (Phoenix Mercury)  - @ CHI - DK: $4,800, FD: $5,000

Brittney Griner will miss this game and the next game for mental health reasons, which should open up more opportunities for Megan Gustafson. She's already seen her role increase lately, scoring in double figures in three consecutive games.

That includes a huge showing last time out against Atlanta, as Gustafson scored 19 points on 7-for-13 shooting and also added eight rebounds, one assist, three blocks, and one steal.

Because the Mercury get almost no offensive production from Brianna Turner, who has scored in double figures just once all year, Gustafson should be leaned on to produce most of the interior offense for this team. I don't know if she gets 19 points again, but she should surpass the 10-point mark for the fourth outing in a row.

WNBA DFS Picks: Guard

Sabrina Ionescu (New York Liberty)  - @ LA - DK: $10,900, FD:  $8,000

The Liberty surprisingly lost to the Lynx last time out, but Sabrina Ionescu did her best to keep New York in that game, scoring 31 points on 10-for-21 shooting. She also added seven rebounds, seven assists, three blocks, and two steals, just completing filling up the stat sheet on her way to 60.75 DraftKings points. That game marked the sixth in a row that Ionescu has had at least six assists, and it was also her second time in July to score 30-plus points.

This will be Ionescu's first game against the Sparks this season. Los Angeles has been solid defensively when looking at the overall results, but the team has allowed 90-plus points four times in July.

Jordin Canada (Los Angeles Sparks)  - vs. NY - DK: $9,500, FD: $7,000

Lexie Brown has been ruled out of this game for illness, marking the second game in a row that she's missed. She also missed about a month earlier this season with an illness. I bring this up because the Sparks will once again be thin at guard, which should lead to a lot of usage from Jordin Canada.

Last game, Canada scored 21 points on 9-for-15 shooting against the Fever. It was her second game in a row with at least 20 points. She also added four rebounds and seven assists, marking her fourth game in a row that she had at least seven assists and four rebounds.

Sophie Cunningham (Phoenix Mercury)  - @ CHI - DK: $7,900, FD: $5,800

Sophie Cunningham has scored in double figures in three of the last four games. Last time out against the Dream, she had 11 points, going 3-for-6 from the floor with all six attempts coming from three. She also had two rebounds and two blocks.

As mentioned above, Brittney Griner is out for this game. That should shift the offense outward some, potentially offering some more field goal attempts for Cunningham. She was just 2-for-8 last time she faced the Sky, but she did add seven assists in that contest.
