Should I Start D'Andre Swift for Fantasy Football?
D’Andre Swift’s grip on the Bears’ backfield appears to be slipping. According to Derek Brown of FantasyPros, last week, Swift played just 54% of the snaps and handled 59% of the rushing plays but only 29% of the red zone work. Meanwhile, Roschon Johnson saw a 71% snap rate inside the red zone, and if that trend continues, it could spell trouble for Swift’s touchdown upside moving forward.
Despite these concerns, Swift is still the RB19 in fantasy, averaging 18.3 touches and 87.8 total yards per game. In Week 11, he posted a solid 16 touches for 84 total yards.
Giants WR Malik Nabers (groin), Bears RB D’Andre Swift (groin) and Bears WR Keenan Allen (ankle) – all of whom are listed as questionable – all have said they plan to play Sunday.

Given the other two running backs in this article, Swift is probably still the best pick of the three for fantasy in Week 12.
Should I Start Justice Hill for Fantasy Football?
Justice Hill suffered a concussion and couldn't suit up for practice on Thursday of this week. He's got some serious pass-catching chops, but given the fact this is Derrick Henry's backfield, Hill's upside remains limited.

Hill has seen double-digit touches in just one game this season. He is a valuable handcuff but nothing more in fantasy at this stage.
Should I Start Zach Charbonnet for Fantasy Football?
Zach Charbonnet has seen the Seattle Seahawks backfield completely taken over by fellow teammate Kenneth Walker III. Despite the two backs having nearly similar draft capital, KWIII is clearly the lead back in Seattle.

Charbs saw double-digit touches twice in Weeks 2-3 while KWIII was sidelined, but since Week 10, he's largely taken a backseat. "Charbs" hasn't seen double-digit touches in a game since Week 3 of the 2024 NFL season and remains nothing more than a handcuff at this point. Despite the uncertainty, Swift is guaranteed to see the most touches of the three backs in Week 12. Always follow the volume.
