Hello, RotoBallers! The UEFA Champions League is down to the last four teams, and the second legs of each semifinal matchup are this week. The remaining three UCL slates from here on out will be single-game slates. I have another full breakdown for you covering this slate. Keep reading this breakdown for my DFS soccer picks on RotoBaller and see how to have success on Tuesday's slate.

UCL DFS Lineup Picks - Overview
PSG vs Manchester City
Last week, Manchester City (-145) took care of business in France beating PSG 2-1. They got two massive away goals, and now they head home for the second leg of this semifinal. Both teams are coming off wins on Saturday and should be ready to go Tuesday. City might've won the first leg, but it was a fairly even game. This game should be relatively even again with PSG pressing for goals. The goal total over/under is 3.0.
FanDuel DFS Forwards / Midfielders
It might be a difficult matchup for him, but I think Neymar ($14) is going to come out firing on Tuesday. This is a game where PSG must score to advance. He's coming off a goal over the weekend and is in a decent spot on Tuesday. He gets good peripherals for a forward, and his goal upside is strong at +175.
I honestly like Kylian Mbappe ($13) a decent amount in this game even thought it's a tough matchup. PSG attackers collected better peripherals in the first game, and they will be forced into attacking a lot if they want any shot in advancing to the Final.
Bernardo Silva ($9) turned in a decent game in the first leg with 13.2 fantasy points. He is involved enough to give himself a good floor in most games. He should be busy again in this game with PSG pressing for goals. He should score somewhere in the vicinity of his first game, but he also has decent goal upside with +260 odds.
Ilkay Gundogan ($7) is too cheap for his upside and should be considered one of the better value options on this slate.
FanDuel DFS Defenders
It was an ugly, ugly fantasy day for all defenders aside from Marquinhos ($9) in the first leg who scored PSG's only goal. No one else scored more than 15 fantasy points. I don't think Marquinhos is his price here. He likely won't score again, and his defensive peripherals don't warrant paying up for especially with some other cheaper defenders.
I prefer Danilo Pereira ($7) for cheaper and even Abdou Diallo ($4). Both defenders should be set up nicely for a solid fantasy game with defensive stats, and they're both very affordable on this slate.
Joao Cancelo ($10) has some good attacking upside even though he has not shown it much in UCL lately. His defensive peripherals are decent enough where you don't risk a super low game like many of the other defenders on this slate.
Ruben Dias ($6) is the only other defender I'll consider on this slate with his cheap price and decent peripherals.
