Philadelphia Eagles QB Sam Bradford threw for 333 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's win vs the New Orleans Saints. Bradford also had two interceptions early on, but he recovered nicely and ended up going 32 for 45 on the day.
Despite all of the early struggles, Bradford seems to be getting more comfortable with the flow of the Eagles offense. Today marked Bradford's second 300-yard game of the season and his second game with multiple touchdown passes.
After the game, Bradford commented on the recent resurgence of the Eagles offense. "After what we were able to do in the preseason, everybody has been waiting for this," Bradford said. "It's a great feeling. Now, we have to build off it."
If you own Bradford in fantasy, today was an indicator of what he's capable of. Bradford throws the ball often and has a lot of weapons to work with. Moving forward, Bradford looks like a solid QB2. I wouldn't recommend starting him in standard one-QB leagues, but he's a serviceable bye week fill-in or QB2 in two-QB leagues.
