Los Angeles Chargers tight end Stone Smartt is a non-zero floor option without much upside in a Week 18 game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Smartt and Will Dissly will likely once again split time, with Hayden Hurst possibly mixing in at the position as well. Smartt might have the most upside of the three Chargers tight ends, but he's still a mid-range TE2 at best.--David A Marcillo
