After losing to Anthony Hernandez last May, Shahbazyan got back in the win column by defeating AJ Dobson via first-round TKO. DraftKings has Shahbazyan as the favorite at a salary of $9,000. In his last bout, Meerschaert got back in the win column in March by submitting Bryan Barbarena via face crank. He's gone 2-2 in his last four fights. Santos won both of his TUF fights by decision, including one by split decision, and is coming off of a victory his last time out. The Brazilian has won seven fights by stoppage, while his lone loss came by knockout. Ofli fights out of Australia and won one fight by decision and one by submission on the show to advance to the finals. Ofli has six wins by stoppage while he has never been finished and enters the bout as the betting underdog. Loder won both of his fights on the show, winning one by stoppage. The American is a wrestler at heart and will look to wrestle Valentin early and often, but he enters the bout as the betting underdog. Ricci is coming off a split-decision win over Tecia Pennington back in May to return to the win column after a split-decision loss to Loopy Godinez. Ricci enters the fight as a slight underdog as DraftKings has her at a salary of $8,000. In the UFC, Ricci is 5-2 with four wins by decision while she was TKO'd in her UFC debut up a weight class. 1 month agoSteve Erceg suffered a first-round TKO loss to Kai Kara-France at UFC 305 on Saturday. Erceg got caught with a huge overhand right but managed to get back up. Kara-France continued to attack and he clipped Erceg with a nasty right hook that put him on the canvas. In 4:04 of action, Erceg landed nine significant strikes. Erceg has now lost two in a row. 1 month agoKai Kara-France returned to the win column with a stunning TKO victory over Steve Erceg at UFC 305. Kara-France entered the bout coming off back-to-back losses and was looking to get back in the win column. In this fight, however, Kara-France landed a huge overhand left that sat Erceg down and spelt the beginning of the end of the fight. Erceg got to his feet but Kara-France kept the pressure on and landed a devastating right hand that sent Erceg to the canvas a final time. 1 month agoJairzinho Rozenstruik defeated Tai Tuivasa in a contentious split decision at UFC 305, leaving most of the fans questioning the result of the fight. The fight saw Rozenstruik maintain control with effective leg kicks and counterattacks, while Tuivasa struggled to find openings. Most fans thought Rozenstruik should have won by a unanimous decision but one judge gave all the rounds to Tuivasa. 1 month agoCarlos Prates secured an impressive second-round knockout victory over Li Jingliang in the welterweight bout at UFC 305. Prates became the first person to finish Jingliang by knockout. With this victory, Prates has won 10 fights in a row. In 9:02 of action, Prates landed 55 significant strikes. Prates had three UFC fights and has won all three by knockout/TKO. 1 month agoLi Jingliang suffered a second-round knockout loss to Carlos Prates at UFC 305. This was the first time in his career that Jingliang had been knocked out. Prates was too precise with his shots, tagging Jingliang at will. With a minute left in the second round, Jingliang got hit with a thunderous left hand which knocked him out. 1 month agoTai Tuivasa suffered a split-decision loss to Jairzinho Rozenstruik at UFC 305. Tuivasa entered the bout on a four-fight losing streak and was a heavy underdog. Tuivasa struggled to get going as he landed just 9 strikes in the first round, 13 in the second and 15 in the third as he was outstruck in all three rounds. It was a disappointing fight from Tuivasa, despite some judge scoring the fight for him. He ended up being outstruck 92-to-37 and with the loss, Tuivasa is now on a five-fight losing streak and is 8-8 in the UFC. His future in the UFC is in doubt after the loss.--Cole SheltonSource: UFC

1 month agoMateusz Gamrot suffered a split-decision loss to Dan Hooker on the main card of UFC 305. Gamrot entered the fight as a sizeable favorite and had success with the wrestling as he took Hooker down five times and had 4:59 of control time. However, he had a hard time keeping Hooker down and when Hooker got back to his feet he landed the more damaging shots. With the loss, Gamrot is 24-3 as a pro and is now 7-3 in the UFC as he had his three-fight winning streak snapped.--Cole SheltonSource: UFC
