Former heavyweight title challenger Derrick Lewis will look for his third consecutive win when he faces off against Waldo Cortes-Acosta on the main card of UFC 324 on Saturday. A veteran of the sport, Lewis has fought for the leading promotion 30 times, and he's gone 20-10 since signing with the UFC back in 2014. Lewis was last seen in action in July 2025 at UFC Nashville, where he delivered Tallison Teixeira his first loss and scored a first-round TKO victory. Waldo Cortes-Acosta will look to extend his win streak when he takes on former title challenger Derrick Lewis on the main card of UFC 324 on Saturday. Former flyweight title challenger Brandon Royval suffered a first-round TKO loss in the main event of UFC Vegas 112 on Saturday. It was mostly an even fight for a couple of minutes, but then Kape pushed Royval to the fence and landed a thunderous right hand that dropped Royval. Royval tried to get up, but smelling blood in the water, Kape followed up with two punches that forced the referee to stop the fight. In 3:18 of action, Royval landed 17 significant strikes.

Manel Kape extended his win streak to three by defeating former title challenger Brandon Royval via first-round TKO on Saturday. It didn't take long for Kape to finish Royval, as Kape backed Royval into the fence and landed a vicious right hook that knocked Royval down. Kape then landed two more strikes while Royval was down, forcing the referee to stop the fight. In 3:18 of action, Kape landed 17 significant strikes. By beating Royval, Kape made a very convincing case to be next in line for the UFC flyweight title.

Up-and-coming UFC prospect Kevin Vallejos extended his win streak by defeating Giga Chikadze via second-round knockout in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 112 on Saturday. Although he had success in the first round, Vallejos was having trouble closing the distance. Vallejos started pushing the pace in the second round, and after tagging Chikadze with a right hand, Vallejos landed a spinning backfist out of nowhere, knocking Chikadze down. Vallejos then followed up with elbows on the ground, knocking Chikadze out cold. In 6:29 of action, Vallejos landed 20 significant strikes. With the win, Vallejos extended his win streak to six and improved his record under the UFC banner to 3-0.

Giga Chikadze Suffers His First Career Knockout Loss
Giga Chikadze suffered a second-round knockout loss to Kevin Vallejos in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 112 on Saturday. Chikadze looked good in the opening round as he seemed to be the fighter who landed the more damaging punches and kicks. Vallejos started pushing the pace in the second round, and after stunning Chikadze with a right hand, Vallejos landed a spinning backfist that dropped Chikadze. Vallejos followed up with elbows on the ground that knocked Chikadze out. In 6:29 of action, Chikadze landed 12 significant strikes. This is the first time Chikadze suffered a knockout loss. Cesar Almeida suffered a unanimous decision loss to Cezary Oleksiejczuk on the main card of UFC Vegas 112 on Saturday. There wasn't much to write home about as it was an uneventful fight; however, he wasn't able to do much as he was outgrappled and dominated for the majority of the fight. Cezary Oleksiejczuk Wins Sixth Fight In A Row
On Saturday's UFC Vegas 112 main card, Cezary Oleksiejczuk extended his win streak by beating Cesar Almeida via unanimous decision. Oleksiejczuk made his UFC debut against Almeida, and even though the fight wasn't the most exciting, Oleksiejczuk outgrappled Almeida to win his first fight in the UFC. In 15 minutes of action, Oleksiejczuk landed 14 significant strikes and six takedowns with more than 11 minutes of control time. With the win, Oleksiejczuk improved to 17-3 as a pro.

Morgan Charriere Suffers First-Round Knockout Loss
Morgan Charriere suffered a first-round knockout loss to Melquizael Costa on the main card of UFC Vegas 112 on Saturday. Just past the one-minute mark of the opening round, Costa landed a devastating headkick that knocked Charriere out cold and sent him crashing to the canvas. In 74 seconds of action, Charriere landed two significant strikes. With the loss, Charriere dropped to 21-12-1 as a pro and is now 3-3 in the UFC.

Melquizael Costa extended his win streak by defeating Morgan Charriere via first-round knockout on the main card of UFC Vegas 112 on Saturday. Costa closed out 2025 with his fourth win of the year and fifth since 2024. The 29-year-old Costa became the first man to knock out Charriere, and it took him only 74 seconds to finish him. Costa landed a thunderous high kick that sent Charriere crashing to the canvas. In 1:14 of action, Costa landed four significant strikes. With the win, Costa improved his record under the UFC banner to 6-2.

Marcus Buchecha Still Winless In The UFC
On Saturday, Marcus Buchecha fought to a unanimous decision draw against Kennedy Nzechukwu on the main card of UFC Vegas 112. In the opening round, Buchecha shot for a single leg, landed a takedown, and tried to submit Nzechukwu with a knee bar, but Nzechukwu managed to get back on his feet. In the second round, Nzechukwu committed a foul and poked Buchecha in the eye, so the referee decided to take away a point from Nzechukwu. Buchecha landed three takedowns and 27 significant strikes. In the end, the earlier point deduction spared Buchecha from a loss. Buchecha is now 0-1-1 in the UFC.

Kennedy Nzechukwu And Marcus Buchecha Fight To Draw
Kennedy Nzechukwu fought to a unanimous decision draw against Marcus Almeida on the main card of UFC Vegas 112 on Saturday. Despite Buchecha's dominance in the grappling department early on, Nzechukwu's striking was superior to that of Buchecha's, and he would've won the fight if he hadn't got a point taken away for an eye poke. In 15 minutes of action, Nzechukwu landed 24 significant strikes. Nzechukwu is winless in 2025, and it will be interesting to see what's next for him.

Lance Gibson Jr. Drops Decision In His UFC Debut
Lance Gibson Jr. suffered a split decision loss to UFC veteran King Green on the UFC Vegas 112 main card opener on Saturday. Gibson Jr. had some success with his striking and by landing takedowns, which was enough for one judge to give him the nod, but he didn't do enough to win this fight, as he was too passive. In 15 minutes of action, Gibson Jr. landed two takedowns and 30 significant strikes. With the loss, Gibson Jr. dropped to 9-2 as a pro.

King Green Gets Back In The Win Column
King Green got back in the win column by defeating Lance Gibson Jr. via split decision on the UFC Vegas 112 main card opener. Even though the result of the fight was a split decision win for the UFC veteran, Green was the one who was pressing forward and landing more significant strikes. In 15 minutes of action, Green landed a takedown and 65 significant strikes. This was a much-needed win for Green, who was on a two-fight losing skid prior to his fight with Gibson Jr. With the win, Green improved to 14-12-1 with one NC in the UFC.
