Mark Andrews Drops Game-Tying Catch Against Bills
Jan 20, 2025, 12:26 PM ET
Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews turned in another big-time season and was one of the most dependable pass-catchers on the team for a long time. Unfortunately, he made two crucial mistakes in the second half of the 27-25 loss to the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round. The veteran finished with five receptions for 61 yards on seven targets and two carries for three yards. What's going to be the most memorable are the back-to-back drives that ended in Andrews' mistakes to end the game. He fumbled in the second to last drive, then he saw the potential game-tying catch go right off of his hands without a defender near him. Despite the rough game, he should still remain a top fantasy option at the position next season.--Alex FischbeinSource: ESPN

Darnell Mooney's Volume a Concern Against Vulnerable Cardinals Secondary

New York Giants wide receiver Darnell Mooney has caught six of eight targets for 95 yards in three full games this season. With a healthy Malik Nabers and tight end Isaiah Likely, Mooney's target volume hasn't been high. In those three games, Matt Nagy's Giants offense ranks 28th in pass attempts and 30th in pass rate over expected, and with backup quarterback Jameis Winston in the lineup, the team may lean even more on the run. Mooney faces an Arizona Cardinals secondary that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. With Cardinals cornerbacks Will Johnson (neck) and Garrett Williams (achilles) ruled out and Max Melton (toe) questionable, Mooney and the Giants' receivers should be able to produce. However, the team's run-heavy system and Mooney's lack of targets should keep him out of fantasy lineups despite the favorable matchup.--Nathan HarveySource: RotoBaller
Rome Odunze a Boom-Bust Week 4 Play

Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze is a volatile flex option in this Sunday's home matchup against the New York Jets. Odunze has put a preseason calf issue behind him, but still faces hurdles in the way of targets. Heading into the year, it seemed that this offense would funnel opportunities through Odunze, fellow wideout Luther Burden III, and tight end Colston Loveland in the passing game. Quarterback Caleb Williams' (hamstring) injury aside, it's veteran wide receiver Kalif Raymond standing in the way of Odunze's increased production. As it stands, the third-year pass catcher leads his cohorts in snaps. However, he's very clearly the main downfield threat in the attack, making easier looks harder to come by. Odunze is a talented young receiver, but his current standing in an offense loaded with weapons leaves something to be desired. Despite a tough spot in the Jets this weekend, the 24-year-old lands favorably as RotoBaller's PPR WR38.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN
Malik Nabers in Position to Explode Against Depleted Cardinals Secondary

Oct 3, 2026, 10:31 AM ET
New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers caught five of six targets for 26 yards in the 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans. Amid nasty weather and a run-first Giants offense, Nabers couldn't produce again, as he starts his season slowly. In three games, he has caught 12 of 19 targets for 96 yards, averaging 5.2 half-PPR fantasy points per game, which ranks him as the WR71 on a per-game basis. His struggles with quarterback Jameis Winston are evident, and both are hoping to bounce back against an Arizona Cardinals secondary that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. With Cardinals cornerbacks Will Johnson (neck) and Garrett Williams (achilles) ruled out and Max Melton (toe) questionable, Nabers and the Giants' receivers should be able to produce. As he looks to kick-start his slow start, Nabers is a low-end WR2 with WR1 upside in Week 4.--Nathan HarveySource: RotoBaller
Kalif Raymond Ascending Ahead of Matchup With Jets

Chicago Bears wide receiver Kalif Raymond looks to continue his recent string of success ahead of Sunday's matchup with the visiting New York Jets. Raymond has been a nice surprise for Chicago in 2026. Through three games, the 32-year-old leads the team with 19 receptions and 214 receiving yards, all while finishing two targets shy of teammate Luther Burden III's 23. Whether Raymond will be productive all season remains to be seen, but his knowledge of head coach Ben Johnson's offense has made him a reliable outlet on a play-by-play basis. Additionally, the veteran appears to be the preferred option over Burden in two-wide-receiver personnel. Another potential switch at quarterback could make the floor of this offense volatile until the return of Caleb Williams (hamstring). Still, Raymond has been a go-to guy regardless of who is calling signals. He rises a bit this week, clocking in at RotoBaller's PPR WR46.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN
Najee Harris' Usage Worth Monitoring in Week 4

Oct 3, 2026, 10:26 AM ET
New York Giants running back Najee Harris had nine carries for 52 yards in the 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans. With running back Devin Singletary a healthy scratch in Week 3, Harris saw an expanded role, playing 21% of the snaps and becoming the clear backup to starter Cam Skattebo. While Skattebo had 23 touches against the Titans, he was inefficient, averaging 3.0 yards per carry compared to Harris' 5.8. This could be an interesting backfield to watch in Week 4 to see if Harris could cut into Skattebo's massive workload. They face an Arizona Cardinals defense that has allowed the fifth-most rushing yards in 2026 and was among the worst in the NFL in 2025. While he is not yet a startable option in fantasy leagues, his workload will be one to monitor closely in Week 4.--Nathan HarveySource: RotoBaller

New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo saw a significant increase in usage in Week 3. With Devin Singletary a healthy scratch, Skattebo had 20 carries for 60 yards and added 40 yards on three receptions in the 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans. The second-year back played 76% of snaps and 62% of routes, both major improvements over his first two games. While Najee Harris produced as the RB2 with Singletary out, Skattebo saw snaps on passing downs and posted his best receiving output of the season. He faces an Arizona Cardinals defense that has allowed the fifth-most rushing yards in 2026 and was among the worst in the NFL in 2025. With his increased workload and pass-game role, Skattebo is a high-end RB2 in Week 4.--Nathan HarveySource: RotoBaller
Zay Flowers Looks on Track to Play and Dominate in Week 4

Oct 3, 2026, 10:22 AM ET
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) appears to be back on track after an early-season hamstring injury that kept him out or on a snap count since the end of Week 1's first half. The team's unquestioned WR1 logged a limited practice Wednesday, a full practice Thursday, and another limited practice Friday, but the latter was for rest, according to the team's final injury report. When asked about his hamstring after Wednesday's practice, Zay responded positively, "I think we'll be all right." The Ravens will host the Tennessee Titans in Week 4, and their defense has played tough against the pass thus far. The Titans' defense is running Cover 4 at the league's highest rate (36.5%) and has yet to allow a passing touchdown using this coverage. They have also allowed the seventh-lowest passing yards per game (189), but are in the bottom ten for EPA per pass play (+0.06) and 19th overall in yards per pass play (6.4) heading into Week 4. However, despite his limited snaps this season, Flowers leads the league with 19.5 yards per target, a 46.2% target rate, 0.7 EPA per route, a 38.5% first-down rate, and a 23.1% explosive play rate, according to Next Gen Stats. The fourth-year wideout ran only 15 routes on Sunday (second on the team), but reports said he was on a snap count to manage his recovery, and the Ravens relied heavily on their ground game in Brazil. Despite these limitations, Flowers caught five of his six targets for 84 yards, had one rushing attempt for 20 yards, and was integral to the Ravens' thrilling victory. All signs point to a healthy, untethered Zay Flowers against the Titans this weekend, but managers should still monitor injury reports and temper expectations given the risk of reaggravation. However, if Flowers is active, the electric wideout profiles as a low-end WR1 and a locked-in starter across all formats--Matt McCauleySource: ESPN
Jameis Winston a Low-End QB3 Against Arizona

Oct 3, 2026, 10:20 AM ET
New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston struggled again in Week 3, completing 14 of 22 passes for 118 yards in the 12-7 win over the Tennessee Titans. In two games this season, Winston has completed 51% of his passes for 229 yards, with no touchdowns and one interception, averaging under five fantasy points per game. Through three games, the Giants' offense under Matt Nagy ranks 28th in pass attempts and 30th in pass rate over expected. Whether it's due to Winston's accuracy struggles or the way they want to run the offense, the former first-overall pick may not have enough upside to be relevant in all leagues this season. While the Arizona Cardinals have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season, Winston is a low-end QB3 in Week 4.--Nathan HarveySource: RotoBaller

Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III is well positioned for another productive outing as his team squares off with the visiting New York Jets in Week 4. The University of Missouri product posted strong numbers in last Monday's 27-7 win over the Eagles. Fellow wideout Kalif Raymond led the team with 90 receiving yards on the back of a 41-yard catch-and-run that cashed in for six, but Burden captained the way with seven catches on 11 targets. In fact, the 22-year-old leads Chicago in looks over his last two appearances and has been heavily involved, though he placed third (86) in snaps behind Raymond (100) and Rome Odunze (123) over that time frame. Even if Raymond edges out Burden in two-wide-receiver sets, Burden still appears to be a key cog in Chicago's aerial attack. New York isn't an easy opponent, but Burden looks to be over a preseason groin injury and has retained the elevated role he boasted to close out the 2025 campaign. Fantasy managers can roll the second-year pass catcher out as RotoBaller's PPR WR29 for his matchup with the Jets.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN
Jalen Nailor Likely Off The Fantasy Radar in Week 4 Matchup vs. Chiefs

Oct 3, 2026, 10:18 AM ET
While Jalen Nailor operates as the No. 2 wide receiver on the depth chart for the Las Vegas Raiders, he has not yet provided any true value in fantasy football. Nailor, who has played 119 offensive snaps across three games, has totaled just five receptions (on 11 targets) for 52 yards (10.4 yards per catch) and zero touchdowns. It doesn't get any easier in Week 4, as Nailor faces a Kansas City Chiefs defense that ranks sixth in the NFL in passing yards per game allowed (178.3). With the recent return of tight end Brock Bowers, and with additional competition in the passing game from running back Ashton Jeanty (who leads the team in receptions with 13), wide receiver Tre Tucker (who leads the Raiders in receiving yards with 189) and tight end Michael Mayer, Nailor's targets remain a question mark. Nailor is currently rostered in just 8% of Yahoo leagues and is off the radar as RotoBaller's No. 77 wide receiver in Week 4. He can safely remain out of lineups this week.--Ryan O'BlenessSource: RotoBaller
Kyle Monangai a Steady RB3 Against Staunch Jets Rush D

Oct 3, 2026, 10:11 AM ET
Chicago Bears running back Kyle Monangai enters Sunday's home game against the New York Jets with low-end RB3/flex value in light of a tough matchup. Monangai and teammate D'Andre Swift have a stranglehold on Chicago's backfield, accounting for every running back rush attempt so far this season. While the former can't be trusted as a weekly high-upside fantasy play, a steady average of 11.3 opportunities (ten rushes) per game has kept him in the conversation. In Week 4, the second-year back out of Rutgers won't be afforded any favors in a Jets defense that's held opponents to a scant 87.3 yards per game on the ground. All that said, Monangai's involvement in a capable Bears offense and his ability to break off chunk gains should keep his fantasy value afloat until quarterback Caleb Williams (hamstring) returns. The New Jersey native is RotoBaller's PPR RB33 for the weekend ahead.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift is primed for a heavy workload in Week 4's matchup with the visiting New York Jets. Swift gave fantasy managers a scare Thursday when he was listed as a DNP after a full practice Wednesday. Fortunately, the former Georgia Bulldog was upgraded to a full participant to close out the week. Despite sharing a backfield with Kyle Monangai - who has averaged 11.3 touches per contest - Swift is in complete control of Chicago's running back opportunities. After a full practice Friday, the veteran should be cleared to handle his typical snap count, and the Bears will need him against a New York defense that ranks second in total yards allowed (258.3) and yields just 20.3 points per game. Even with another tough opponent on tap, Swift's high-volume role in Chicago's attack keeps him in the conversation of a strong RB2 play. He's RotoBaller's PPR RB15.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN

Across the first three games of his NFL career, Las Vegas Raiders rookie running back Mike Washington Jr. has recorded 15 carries for 102 yards and a touchdown. The 23-year-old has flashed high-end upside, including rushing for a 36-yard touchdown in the Raiders' Week 3 win over the New Orleans Saints. However, his production upside is limited while playing behind star Las Vegas back Ashton Jeanty, who has operated as a true three-down workhorse. In Week 4, the Raiders will take on the Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City has defended well against the run so far this season, ranking 10th in the NFL in total rushing yards allowed (299). The Chiefs have also been very good at limiting explosive plays on the ground, allowing just one carry of 20 or more yards. Given his limited workload, Washington Jr. needs big plays to be useful for fantasy managers. Washington Jr. remains a high-end handcuff running back option, but he should be left on benches in Week 4.--Will BradySource: RotoBaller

Chicago Bears quarterback Tyson Bagent could get the start this Sunday when his team takes on the New York Jets at home. Bagent nearly got the starting nod last week in the Bears' win over Philadelphia, but he couldn't clear concussion protocol for Monday night's matchup. Case Keenum played lights out in relief, but head coach Ben Johnson left the door open for either quarterback to be named starter this Sunday while Caleb Williams (hamstring) recovers. While it might be hard to imagine Bagent getting a look after Keenum's performance, the former could still be thrust into action after taking reps with the first team in practice this week. Week 4 won't be easy, as New York ranks third-best in the league through three games, allowing an average of 171 yards through the air. Either way, Bagent looked solid in his short relief of Williams in their loss to Minnesota. The fourth-year pro would be RotoBaller's QB33 in his first start since Week 8 of the 2023 campaign.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN
Kaleb Johnson Hard to Rely on in Tough Week 4 Matchup

Across three games so far in 2026, Green Bay Packers running back Kaleb Johnson has recorded just 12 carries for 38 yards. However, the 23-year-old could have a chance to emerge as a more consistent part of his team's offense. The Packers' rushing offense has been horrendous through three weeks, ranking dead last in the NFL in total rushing yards (146), yards per carry (3.0), and rushing touchdowns (zero). Given Green Bay's struggles so far, Johnson could take over lead back duties from fellow Packers running back MarShawn Lloyd in Week 4 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Unfortunately for both Packers backs, Tampa Bay's rush defense has been excellent so far this year. The Bucs currently rank second in the NFL in yards per carry allowed (3.1) and have allowed just one rushing touchdown this year. Given the tough matchup and the lack of a proven track record, Johnson remains tough for fantasy managers to trust in Week 4.--Will BradySource: RotoBaller
Case Keenum in Line for Backup Duties Despite Sterling Start?

Chicago Bears quarterback Case Keenum is not guaranteed to start in this Sunday's matchup against the visiting New York Jets. The 38-year-old was called into action in Week 3 after backup Tyson Bagent couldn't clear concussion protocol in time to work in stead of starter Caleb Williams (hamstring). Keenum was darn-near electric in Chicago's 27-7 victory over the Eagles, and all indications pointed to him getting the nod again in Week 4. However, head coach Ben Johnson has kept his quarterback decision for the team's clash with New York close to the vest. It's likely just a bit of gamesmanship from Johnson, but, notably, Bagent worked with the starting offense during practice this week. If he's active, Keenum will get a Jets defense that's been stingy against the pass, allowing the opposition a measly 171 yards per game. The veteran is a fringe QB2 after a promising first outing, landing officially as RotoBaller's QB25 as we approach the season's quarter mark.--Alex CiullaSource: ESPN
C.J. Stroud Is a QB2 with His Top Receiver Back

Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud will get his elite No. 1 receiver, Nico Collins, back after a two-week absence this week for a must-win game against the Cowboys. The Texans almost beat the Colts in Week 3, but slid to 0-3 for the second straight season. Stroud only threw for 167 yards and a touchdown in that loss, completing just 16 of his 27 pass attempts (59.3%). He had multiple passing touchdowns only once this season, and that was in Week 1 when Collins was healthy. While he'll also need better pass protection up front, getting Collins back should give the offense a boost this week, and the Cowboys have been a favorable matchup for quarterbacks this season, allowing the fourth-most fantasy points to the position. Stroud definitely has the potential to air it out, as he showed with his 55 pass attempts in Week 2, and the Texans' offense needs to get going right away if they want to rally to the playoffs like they did last year. In this favorable matchup and with Collins back, Stroud is the QB14 in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings, making him a high-end QB2 and possibly even an option in deep single-QB leagues. He's high-risk but brings good upside in what could turn into a high-scoring home game.--Zach ThompsonSource: RotoBaller
Bucky Irving a Solid RB2 Option in Week 4

After being limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving (glute) logged a full practice on Friday and will play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Irving has gotten off to a solid start to the 2026 season, recording 241 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 53 touches across three games. The Bucs offense has question marks heading into Week 4, as rookie quarterback Jalon Daniels will take over under center for injured signal-caller Baker Mayfield (thumb). However, the Green Bay defense has had major issues against the run so far this season, ranking 28th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed (416) through three weeks. With the unproven Daniels at quarterback, Tampa Bay could look to lean on Irving as both a runner and a short-area receiver. Now that he's officially active, Irving profiles as a low-end RB2 option for fantasy managers in Week 4.--Will BradySource: RotoBaller

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Oronde Gadsden wasn't able to take control of the Chargers tight end room after hauling in zero catches in Week 3. The 23-year-old was the team's TE1 with Charlie Kolar (forearm) and David Njoku (leg) out due to injuries. However, Gadsden will have another opportunity to establish himself as the lead tight end with Kolar and Njoku ruled out for Sunday. Gadsden enters Week 4 as RotoBaller's PPR TE28 in a difficult matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks defense has allowed the fewest receiving yards, receiving yards per reception, receiving plays over 20-plus yards, and receiving yards over 40 yards. Gadsden will face an uphill battle this week to be a fantasy-relevant tight end in all league formats. He should remain out of fantasy lineups in Week 4.--Wyatt McClintockSource: Chargers.com
Woody Marks Can Be a Rising RB3 in Week 4

Oct 3, 2026, 9:37 AM ET
Houston Texans running back Woody Marks has been locked into a 50/50 timeshare this season with David Montgomery, but the buzz this week has been that the second-year back could be stepping into an expanded role in Week 4. The 0-3 Texans are looking for a spark for their offense, and Marks has looked more explosive than Montgomery, even though his overall totals have still been uninspiring. He did convert a one-yard run late in Indianapolis last week that put the Texans in the lead before a late field goal. Marks only had 15 rushing yards on five carries and one catch for six yards, but the touchdown saved his fantasy production. In Week 2, he also showed his upside as a receiver with five catches, so he has multiple paths to success. Marks is high-risk since the offensive line has struggled to create opportunities for either running back, but if he gets most of the work, he would have good upside in this favorable matchup against the Cowboys. Marks is a FLEX option in deep leagues already and checks in as the No. 28 RB in RotoBaller's Week 4 rankings. If he takes over the majority of the work in the backfield, he could bring even more value going forward if the Texans can find a better rhythm in Week 4.--Zach ThompsonSource: RotoBaller
