Philadelphia 76ers forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (hand) has officially been ruled out of Saturday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. Oubre is dealing with a left hand sprain that's caused him to miss each of Philadelphia's last two games. The 29-year-old has been a decent fantasy option this year, posting up 12.8 PPG and 5.7 RPG.
