16 hours agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (foot) will miss a second straight game on Wednesday after he was listed on the team's injury report as out for the home game against the Wizards due to a left-foot sprain. Embiid has been limited to only 13 games this season but has played in nine of the team's last 13 contests. He had back-to-back 28-point double-doubles in his last two games but sat out the team's 109-99 loss to the Suns on Monday. Andre Drummond (toe) also missed Monday's game, and Guerschon Yabusele got the start and had 14 points, 10 rebounds, a block, and an assist while playing 36 minutes. Yabusele could be lined up for a big role once again if Drummond is also out, but the big man was initially listed as questionable. With Paul George (groin) joining Embiid on the sideline, most of the Sixers' offense will have to come from Tyrese Maxey in a very favorable matchup against the Wizards.--Zach Thompson - RotoBaller
