Minnesota Wild defenseman Jared Spurgeon (lower body) will not play against Washington on Thursday. He was injured in Tuesday's tilt against Nashville and might be out for a while, as it was reported that Spurgeon used crutches and wore a leg brace after getting hurt. Travis Dermott is projected to replace Spurgeon in the lineup on Thursday, with Zach Bogosian moving to his place on the second defensive pairing. Neither player has significant fantasy value and should be ignored by managers.--Taavi Pailk
