2 days agoMinnesota Wild defenseman Jared Spurgeon (lower body) will not play against Washington on Thursday. He was injured in Tuesday's tilt against Nashville and might be out for a while, as it was reported that Spurgeon used crutches and wore a leg brace after getting hurt. Travis Dermott is projected to replace Spurgeon in the lineup on Thursday, with Zach Bogosian moving to his place on the second defensive pairing.
