Denver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray (knee) will play in Friday's matchup against the Detroit Pistons. He is ready to suit up for the second leg of a back-to-back, despite having logged 40 minutes against the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday while managing inflammation in his left knee. Murray is listed regularly on the injury report with the ailment, but he has put together a very impressive run of performances.
