Chicago Bulls forward/center Jalen Smith (ankle) will play against Washington on Wednesday. The team has upgraded him from probable to available. Smith will continue to work as Nikola Vucevic's backup at the center position. This severely limits his fantasy appeal, but Smith did well in the role on Monday against Charlotte. He finished a 115-108 overtime win with 15 points, five rebounds, one steal, and one block.--Taavi Pailk
