The Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to name Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Liam Coen as their new head coach. The two sides are reportedly in active negotiations, and Coen should be in Jacksonville next season, barring anything unexpected. This was an odd turn of events, as Coen interviewed with the Jags recently but decided afterwards to return to Tampa as their offensive coordinator. The Bucs were prepared to make Coen the highest-paid coordinator in the league after his tremendous performance with the team this past season. Now, Coen appears ready to ditch the Bucs and join the Jags after their decision to fire general manager Trent Baalke earlier this week. The hope is that Coen can turn around quarterback Trevor Lawrence's career like he did with Baker Mayfield this past season in Tampa.--Andy Webb
