The Detroit Pistons announced guard Jaden Ivey (leg) underwent successful surgery to repair a broken fibula in his left leg. According to Keith Langlois of the Pistons' official site, he will be re-evaluated in four weeks. The 22-year-old was having an excellent season with Cade Cunningham in the Pistons backcourt, averaging 17.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.0 assists in 29.9 minutes per game. Until Ivey can step on the floor again, the Pistons will rely upon Ausar Thompson, Marcus Sasser, Tim Hardaway, and Malik Beasley to help in their backcourt.--Andrew Lennox
