1 min agoAs expected, Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (leg) has officially been ruled out for the Week 11 game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Pacheco had his 21-day practice window opened this week in order to return from Injured Reserve, but the 25-year-old isn't expected to return to action until later this month as he continues to recover from a fractured fibula that he suffered way back in Week 2. Fantasy managers must continue to stash him in an IR spot for the time being and hope he returns to his pre-injury form in time for the fantasy playoffs. Meanwhile, Kareem Hunt will continue to be a must-start for fantasy managers as KC's primary back, with Samaje Perine and rookie Carson Steele spelling him.
