Nashville Predators left wing Filip Forsberg extended his point streak to nine games during their 6-5 victory over the San Jose Sharks on Thursday evening. Forsberg would find the back of the net for the first time of the evening in the second period on a tip-in. Later in the third, Forsberg would strike again, this time on a wrap-around. During this impressive nine-game point streak, the 30-year-old has scored nine times and added eight helpers. Six of his 17 points have come on the power-play. Prior to this stretch, Forsberg did not find the back of the net in his previous 16 games. Forsberg remains a must-start player while he continues this streak. He will look to stay on Saturday evening against the Anaheim Ducks.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Overall, Forsberg has scored 19 goals and added 32 helpers across 52 points. Nashville Predators right wing Filip Forsberg found the back of the net two times on Saturday evening en route to defeating the Utah Hockey Club. Forsberg opened the scoring on the power-play off a snap shot which beat Utah netminder Connor Ingram. Later in the second, the 30-year-old would tack on his second tally of the evening unassisted. This outing snapped a three-goal game drought. Through his first 15 games this season, Forsberg has tallied 13 points (eight goals, five assists) with a -5 rating and 60 shots on goal. Fantasy managers should continue to lock the winger into their lineups for the remainder of the season as he remains Nashville's top goal producer despite their underwhelming start.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Nashville Predators winger Filip Forsberg posted an assist on both of his team's goals in their Game 5 victory over the Vancouver Canucks. The Preds stayed alive in the series with a 2-1 win, pushing the Canucks to Game 6, which will take place in Nashville. Forsberg has been the Predators' best player so far this series, tallying six points (two goals, four assists) in four games, but he's going to need more help if they want to complete the comeback, as Nashville has had major difficulties with scoring in this series.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
