Memphis Grizzlies guard Desmond Bane (ankle) was considered doubtful coming into Monday and was ruled out, as expected, before the Grizzlies hosted the Mavericks. Without Bane, Ja Morant (shoulder), Marcus Smart (finger), and Scotty Pippen Jr. will get all the usage they can handle in the backcourt, although Luke Kennard (hamstring) is now available after being upgraded from out to questionable in the middle of the day on Monday. Jaylen Wells and Cam Spencer will also be more involved in the backcourt against Dallas with Bane unavailable.--Zach Thompson
