According to the team, Washington Capitals goaltender Charlie Lindgren (upper body) exited Friday's game early. The netminder stopped all nine shots he faced and left in the second frame. He was replaced by Logan Thompson, who allowed three goals on 21 shots in their defeat. Fantasy managers should continue monitoring Lindgren's status before their game against the Nashville Predators on Saturday evening. If Lindgren misses an extended period, then Thompson will see the vast majority of the starts in the crease.
