The Arizona Cardinals D/ST could have low-end streaming appeal ahead of their Week 18 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Most of the Cardinals' upside stems from the fact that the 49ers could be without several key starters. They have already ruled out quarterback Brock Purdy (elbow) and wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (ribs, wrist), and there's also a chance George Kittle (ankle, hamstring) could sit out the meaningless regular-season finale. With San Francisco shorthanded and expected to start Joshua Dobbs at quarterback on Sunday, the Cardinals' defense has a stronger chance to limit points and force turnovers. They've only forced one turnover over their last four games, but they still rank 19th among D/ST units in fantasy football this season. Meanwhile, the 49ers allow the 18th-most fantasy points to D/ST units when they're healthy, so they'll likely surrender more with Purdy, Samuel, and possibly Kittle sidelined. Fantasy managers shouldn't necessarily rush to add the Cardinals for Week 18, but they do have last-minute streaming appeal in leagues with at least 14 teams.--Andersen Pickard
