Cam Jurgens Not Playing In NFC Championship
Philadelphia Eagles center Cam Jurgens (back) will not play on Sunday despite being listed as active, according to Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Enquirer. There had been plenty of chatter about Jurgens' status leading up to kickoff, with some reports indicating he'd be inactive. In the end, the Eagles listed him as active, but McLane now reports that he's still not expected to play. Fortunately for Philadelphia, their surplus of offensive line depth will allow them to handle this news without major consequences. Landon Dickerson will move to center, where he played in college, while Tyler Steen takes over at left guard.
