Andrew Nembhard Remains Out Wednesday
1 year agoIndiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard (knee) will remain on the shelf Wednesday versus Charlotte. He was seen in practice on Tuesday, but a bone bruise on his right knee will keep Nembhard sidelined. He last played on Dec. 7. It looks like Nembhard isn't far away from returning, but T.J. McConnell will continue to get extra work behind starting point guard Tyrese Haliburton on Wednesday. The game against the Hornets is a dream matchup from a fantasy perspective, as both teams struggle on the defensive end, and Vegas has set the total at a whopping 248.5 points.

Andrew Nembhard Out On Friday
3 months agoIndiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against Boston. He will sit out the second night of a back-to-back for left knee injury management purposes. Nembhard went off for a season-high 23 points in 29 minutes on Thursday versus Oklahoma City. Ben Sheppard might be Nembhard's replacement in the starting unit on Friday, with T.J. McConnell picking up extra minutes off the bench. Sheppard typically isn't productive during his time on the court. He had only five points with a pair of assists, and one steal in 22 minutes on Thursday. McConnell is a much better fantasy option.

Andrew Nembhard Active Versus Bulls
4 months agoIndiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard (knee) will play against Chicago on Friday. He's back in the lineup after missing Wednesday's loss to Brooklyn. Nembhard only recently returned from a 12-game absence and has been far from his best in the couple of outings he's had. Fantasy managers should tame their expectations regarding Nembhard. Quenton Jackson lands back among the reserves due to Nembhard's return, but he hasn't done too well as a starter anyway.

Andrew Nembhard Listed As Questionable For Friday Night
4 months agoIndiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard (knee) is listed as questionable for Friday night's game against the Chicago Bulls. Nembhard missed a considerable amount of time due to a knee injury this season and his questionable status is revolved around managing that injury. He sat out Wednesday night's game on the second leg of a back-to-back as part of scheduled rest. The 24-year-old has averaged 7.9 PPG and 4.6 APG this season. His assists match his career marks while he's seeing a drop in his points. His fantasy impact will likely only help those needing help with assists, making him a tough start in most fantasy formats.
