Let's keep the good MoJo going today!  We have some enticing day games going with the hot-swinging Tigers, and a game in Coors!  As always, be sure to check MLB daily lineups and weather before the first pitch.

MLB Daily Leagues Lineup Picks for August 14, 2013

Ervin Santana - Not much in terms of stud pitchers going today, so let's get some value out of the P spot! Santana is the biggest favorite on the board today, since hes going against the Marlins at home and will only cost you $6500. We're gonna need that money for our hitters today!

2B Brian Dozier - Dozier sports a slugging percentage of nearly .500 during day games, and over .450 at home.  He has both splits in his favor today, and while his price is rising, his upside is well worth it.

3B Miguel Cabrera - As you're about to find out, I LOVE Detroit today. I have no fear of lefty John Danks, and if you check out the splits on the Tiger right-handed hitters, you'll see they mash during the day.  I expect a lot of runners on base and a ton of RBI opportunities for the best hitter in the game.

SS Jose Iglesias - This guy is one of my favorite minimum plays.  He gets on base, which makes him worth his value.  The fact that he's likely going to be getting opportunities with men on base and should score two runs today makes him a super-sleeper.

OF Torii Hunter - Hunter has nine of his 13 homers during the day, with 100 fewer at bats!  He's facing a left-handed pitcher, and he slugs over .500 against LHP.  He's hot, and I've got the Tigers scoring at least seven runs today, including at least one BOOM for Torii.

OF Austin Jackson - Jackson's splits are favorable, just like Hunter's.  I see Jackson getting a few hits and scoring a few runs, with the possibility of a steal early on (before the rout).

OF Dexter Fowler - Fowler has been heating up again and is another hitter who thrives during the daylight hours, with a .325 BA and a SLG approaching .600.  He's going to be leading off, and that extra at-bat could push us over the top in our battles.

==================

As always, remember to check your MLB daily lineups before they lock and make sure you are doing your own research, too, for optimal performance! The most successful daily leaguers are grinders who are constantly tweaking their lineups as the day goes on and fantasy news gets released. Good luck today, RotoBallers!
