BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 61% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: Joe Flacco has had to navigate some pretty treacherous waters recently with most of his crew below deck nursing their respective ailments. Missing Steve Smith hurt Flacco dearly, and then Crockett Gillmore also missed some action and Justin Forsett was playing at less than 100%. Flacco has yet to have a truly good quarterbacking performance in 2015, but for fantasy purposes he has actually been pretty good. Some owners can capitalize on this perception as he is still available for them going into a home game against the crummy San Diego defense.
Flacco finally got his weapons back, though it was against a tough Arizona defense. Flacco was under pressure all night from the exotic blitzes that the Cardinals roll out. He had to resort to essentially throwing fadeaways at the end of the game. He still managed to score 18.6 points according to default Fleaflicker scoring, which isn’t going to burn anyone. Flacco was the QB14 this week, so while he fell short of QB1 numbers, he was still in high end QB2 territory with a difficult draw. Look for Flacco to have a better opportunity at QB1 numbers against the Chargers defense that is ranked dead last overall according to ProFootballFocus, nearly a full ten points behind the next worse team (which is the Bucs, if you were curious). If you need a quarterback help, look to Joe.
