ANALYSIS: Jameis Winston is putting together a decent rookie campaign, but has been plagued by inconsistency. He has struggled mightily on the road, with five touchdowns to eight interceptions in six games. At home, however, he has tossed 11 touchdowns and thrown just two interceptions.
After a tough upcoming matchup against the Falcons in Week 13, Winston draws a Saints' defense that has allowed opposing quarterbacks to post a passer rating of 115.9, the highest in the NFL. They have also surrendered a league-leading 30 passing touchdowns and have grabbed just five interceptions. With the game being played in Tampa Bay, Winston is a very exciting streaming option for a team already locked into the fantasy playoffs.
