How the Game Play Works
- Join a Contest: 2-team (1 week), 4-team (2 weeks), 8-team (3 weeks), 16-team (4 weeks)
- Draft your Team! Each team gets 10 players and a set amount of “Game Opportunities” per roster position! Pick your players to maximize those game opportunities! For example, in MLB, some players will only play 5 times a week, others 6, and some 7. You'll want to maximize the number of games your players can play.
- Manage your lineup! Swap and deactivate/activate players to ensure you’re getting the most out of your team! There are lots of different strategies that can help you pull out the win!
- Compete over 7 days - Win and get paid! If it is more than 2 team contest you advance to the next week (tournament bracket style)
Tournament-Style Bracket & Payouts
OwnersBox has created a tournament-style bracket format that pays you out incrementally as you progress through the contest! They don't want users to be restricted by infrequent payouts; on OwnersBox, 25-50% of users win money. This is a huge differentiator, due to the fact that as little as 2% of users win money on traditional DFS platforms.
Unique Control Mechanism
The OwnersBox games provide users with a fun and engaging rule-set that revolves around a set number of "Game Opportunities" by roster position.
