Caris LeVert - SF/SG, Cleveland Cavaliers
Yahoo: 51% rostered
Week 1: 35:40 Minutes per Game | PRA: 19.7/3.3/5.0
LeVert is a versatile and productive fantasy basketball player who is currently undervalued in drafts. He is a good scorer from anywhere on the court, and he is also a good passer. LeVert is averaging 19.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 5 assists per game this season, and when he starts in place of Donovan Mitchell, he is playing around 35 minutes per game.
LeVert has a high ceiling and can be a game-changer on any given night. He's capable of putting up big numbers in all categories, and he's especially valuable in fantasy leagues that count steals and blocks.
De'Andre Hunter - SF/PF, Atlanta Hawks
Yahoo: 44% rostered
Week 1: 29:30 Minutes per Game | PRA: 16.4/4.2/1.3
Hunter has started the season off strong with big minutes and a solid peripheral line. In Friday's game against the Knicks, he showed his true potential by leading Atlanta in scoring despite the team's close loss. This was an improvement from his season-opener performance against the Celtics, where he struggled a bit and scored just nine points in 31 minutes. It's safe to say that Hunter is a key player for the Hawks, and he has the potential to deliver some remarkable performances in the future.
Naz Reid - PF/C, Minnesota Timberwolves
Yahoo: 48% rostered
Week 1: 25:19 Minutes per Game | PRA: 16.0/4.3/0.7
Reid was a standout from the bench in the Timberwolves' 106-90 win against Miami last Saturday and managed to outplay both Rudy Gobert and Karl-Anthony Towns despite not starting. Reid is not expected to move to the starting lineup regardless of how good he looks, as that would mean sending Towns or Gobert to the second unit, but his numbers have been quite good. Through two games, Reid has racked up 35 points, 12 rebounds, two assists and two steals.
Cole Anthony - SF/PF, Orlando Magic
Yahoo: 42% rostered
Week 1: 24:19 Minutes per Game | PRA: 16.7/5.0/2.0
This is a particularly good week to add Cole Anthony to your fantasy lineup, as he will likely feature in at least three of the four games. Anthony is already showing signs of becoming the "sixth man of the year," as he is playing a crucial role in carrying the team's second unit. He scored 18 points, grabbed four rebounds, dished out two assists, and recorded a block in 28 minutes of play during Friday's 102-97 win against the Trail Blazers. He's a talented player who can score easily and hit threes, all while maintaining a low turnover rate.
Norman Powell - SG/SF, Los Angeles Clippers
Yahoo: 47% rostered
Week 1: 22.90 Minutes per Game | PRA: 13.7/3.0/1.0
Powell has been performing excellently at the beginning of this season for the Clippers. He typically scores 13.7 points when he comes off the bench. Additionally, he has been shooting very well, with over half of his shots going in, including almost half of his 3-point shots. The Clippers are missing a few players sent off from the James Harden trade, which could result in Powell receiving more playing time. Although Powell is presently dealing with a sore left foot, he is still expected to get plenty of time on the court, which should help him enhance his stats for minutes played and Points/Rebounds/Assists (PRA).
