FanDuel NFL DFS Lineup Picks for Week 6 - Daily Fantasy Football

Dennis Clausen highlights the top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for Week 6 of the 2022 season, and some value sleepers for your daily fantasy football rosters.

Week 5 commenced with a horrendous Thursday Night Football clash between the Colts and Broncos. We won't forget that one, and not for good reasons, as both teams went without a touchdown. Sunday's slate began with the Giants and Packers meeting in London. New York took the win and now surprisingly sits on a 4-1 record, the reverse of where the team was through five weeks last season.

Other notable victors included the Bills dominating the Steelers 38-3, while the Jets handed the Dolphins their second-straight loss. The Cowboys and Cooper Rush kept things rolling by defeating the reigning Super Bowl Champion Rams, and the Eagles remained the only undefeated team in the NFL by taking care of the Cardinals.

But we are now at Week 6, with the Lions, Texans, Raiders, and Titans being the first teams to reach the bye. As a result, guys like Derrick Henry, Davante Adams, Jamaal Williams, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and the surging Dameon Pierce won't be available.

In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 6 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. Be sure to also check out our weekly DraftKings DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win big! Also, feel free to give me a follow on Twitter @DennisMClausen. Let's get started!

FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks

Kirk Cousins - @ MIA ($7,600)

Miami started the season 3-0. Since then, the team has gone 3-2, losing its previous games to the Bengals and Jets. Of course, being down Tua Tagovailoa hasn't helped. Then, there's the defense, with the Dolphins surrendering 26.2 points per game this season, which isn't good.

There's a good reason why the team has been a punching bag. The Dolphins have allowed opposing signal-callers to complete nearly 68% of their throws, the seventh-worst mark in the NFL, while also giving up a fifth-worst 285 yards through the air. As a result, Cousins has a great chance at crushing his DFS value on Sunday, much to the delight of those looking to save some cap space for other positions.

Tom Brady - @ SEA ($7,500)

Brady had a rough start to the season. In Week 1 versus Dallas, he finished with only 11.38 fantasy points. He followed that up by posting 9.4 fantasy points in Week 2. However, things appear to be heading in the right direction for the GOAT, as he's thrown for 736 yards and four touchdowns over his last two games.

Everyone saw what the Bills had in store for Pittsburgh in Week 5. After the trouncing, the Steelers' defense has now allowed over 30 points in each of the last three games, third behind Detroit and Seattle. The team is apparently struggling without the 2021 Defensive Player of the Year, T.J. Watt. Brady is aware of that, so keep him in mind.

Also Consider: Josh Allen ($9,200), Geno Smith ($7,400)

FanDuel Running Backs - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks

Saquon Barkley - vs. BAL ($8,800)

The Giants' offense has played well under the guidance of Brian Daboll, at least well enough that the team only has one loss this season. Of course, a big reason for New York's success has been the play of Barkley, who has been as productive as it can get on the fantasy end.

Daboll knows that Barkley needs to get the ball often for his team to remain successful moving ahead. The former Nittany Lion has logged more snaps than any other running back in the league. He has been dealing with a shoulder issue, but the Giants aren't concerned about his availability for Week 6 for the favorable matchup against the Ravens.

Leonard Fournette - @ PIT ($8,500)

Remember when everyone made comments about Fournette being fat? Well, for those who were worried about his supposed excessive caloric intake in the offseason, it appears that it hasn't impacted him the slightest. He hasn't rushed for over 100 yards since Week 1. He also hasn't run the ball more than 14 times in each of his previous three outings.

However, Fournette has been busy on the receiving end, catching 22 of his 24 targets for 175 yards in the last three weeks. Oh yeah, he has three touchdowns as well during that span. The veteran will look to build off his nearly 31-point fantasy outing when the Bucs head to Pittsburgh in Week 5. Based on Fournette's activity level recently, it will be hard to keep him out of any DFS lineup.

Also Consider: Jonathan Taylor ($8,000-if available), Rhamondre Stevenson ($7,500), Breece Hall ($7,100), Devin Singletary ($5,700)

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks

Stefon Diggs - @ KC ($8,900)

Diggs is the second-best fantasy wideout in the league, and he has the numbers to prove it. He currently ranks third in catches (39), fourth in receiving yards (508), fifth in targets (52), and is presently tied with Davante Adams with a league-leading five receiving touchdowns.

The 28-year-old didn't play the best against the Chiefs last season, so he'll undoubtedly look to improve this time around. Kansas City lost some critical components on the defensive end from last season, Diggs may be too much to handle in Week 6.

Chris Godwin - @ PIT ($6,800)

We are staying with the Buccaneers, as Godwin is another guy who deserves serious consideration on Sunday. There were rumblings that he would begin the 2022-23 campaign on the injured reserve list, so it was somewhat of a surprise when he was in the lineup for the season-opener against the Cowboys.

Unfortunately, he suffered a hamstring injury and didn't return until Week 4 versus the Kansas City Chiefs. Since then, he's caught 13 of his 16 targets for 120 yards, which isn't bad for a guy who's logged fewer snaps than usual. He should be on the field more than he's been all season against a Pittsburgh defense that has allowed more receiving touchdowns than anyone this year.

Also Consider: Cooper Kupp ($9,400), Mike Evans ($7,700), Deebo Samuel ($7,600), Gabe Davis ($6,900), Drake London ($6,100),

FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks

Travis Kelce - vs. BUF ($8,300)

Taysom Hill was the talk of the town by accumulating just over 34 fantasy points in the win over the Seattle Seahawks. At the same time, Kelce had an equally impressive showing on Monday versus the Raiders, finishing with 30 fantasy points. He only had 25 receiving yards, but he still managed to score four touchdowns on the night.

The Chiefs will next host the Bills in Week 6. The teams met twice last season, with the first matchup occurring in Week 5. Buffalo took that one 38-20. However, everyone remembers how things ended during the rematch in the postseason. That said, Kelce found the end zone in both games while totaling 14 catches (19 targets) for 153 yards. Considering Buffalo is still banged up on the defensive end, the veteran should draw serious consideration from DFS managers.

Also Consider: Mark Andrews ($7,800), Zach Ertz ($6,000)
