FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (11/15/18): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Jake Finnen highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 11/15/18, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

There are only three games tonight and while that usually seems like a bummer, it's still something we can work with. Sometimes having more games and the extra options are a nice bonus that alludes for very creative lineups that can cash out. With smaller slates, we need to be precise and have to make sure we are hitting our few value plays.

The game to stack with value has to be the Hawks-Nuggets. Not that there will be no defense, but you can pretty much assume both teams will struggle to stop each other all night. Omari Spellman, Monte Morris and Trey Lyles are all decent options as well, but they carry a lot of risk and there are players, even cheaper ones out there with more upside.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 11/15/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks.

Make sure you don't set your lineups too early and also be sure to check player statuses and availability prior to opening tip.

 

FanDuel DFS Guards

Chris Paul - PG, HOU vs GSW (FD - $9,000)

If you package Chris Paul with Bryn Forbes, you have plenty of upside and still have enough cap space to afford other high-end players. It's hard to say Paul has limited upside, when in reality he could be one of the few Rockets players scoring against Golden State. If you decide to fade Paul tonight, your only other option seems to be extreme value and you must play either Forbes, Patty Mills or both.

Eric Gordon - SG, HOU vs GSW (FD - $5,000)

I know this is two Rocket players in a row and if you want more value, look at Andre Iguodala or possibly Marco Belinelli. Eric Gordon's short chart has been all over the place. It's a nightly toss-up when it comes to predicting Gordon's production because he seemingly goes from taking 11 shots in a half, to finishing with 26 attempts. Granted, we want that type of shot selection from our DFS lineups, its still hard to dictate when exactly that will happen. I guess you can consider this one of my "Zoltar" moments. For my next trick I'll call the the annual "Jeff Green" game.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

DeAndre Bembry - SF, ATL @ DEN (FD - $4,800)

There are plenty of options on the Hawks but there is a clear-cut set of rotational players that will always see minutes whether they are producing or not. Bembry is in that list because of his defense, hustle and off-ball offense. He is not the strongest outside scorer, but when he gets around the rim its all production. He has upside in every category because he makes the right play. His price is a tad higher than initially hoped, but even if this is a blowout, Bembry will still see run.

Kevin Durant - PF, GSW @ HOU (FD - $11,800)

There really isn't anyone else you can go with at this position tonight. DeMar DeRozan has upside, but it's not Durant's type of upside. I feel like I don't really need to say anything else, but I needed to make it clear not to fade Durant tonight. While Steph Curry is out and the Warriors seem to have chemistry issues, go with one the most automatic offensive talents we have seen this side of the 2000's. There is more than enough value throughout that will allow you to afford Durant, Paul, DeRozan and LaMarcus Aldridge tonight.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Boban Marjanovic - C, LAC vs SAS (FD - $4,800)

Let's be honest. Are you really going to roster anyone other than, arguably the best DFS and fantasy basketball player this generation has ever seen? I didn't think so. He didn't play against the Warriors or Bucks because both of those teams run small so that is a warning sign I don't like, but this is a revenge game versus his old team, who just happens to play a slower pace of basketball that fits directly into Marjanovic's skill-set. If you are done risking lineups on someone like Marjanovic, Damian Jones is a perfect swap for extreme value.
