FanDuel DFS Pitchers
Zack Wheeler - P, NYM vs CIN ($8,600)
Wheeler is coming off of an absolutely dominant performance against the Phillies in his last time out, where he went seven scoreless innings with 11 strikeouts. His ERA is still inflated, but Wheeler's strong 26.0% K-rate and 3.64 FIP suggest that he's pitched well this season. He's faces a weak lineup in the Reds, who have just a .277 wOBA versus righties, the third-lowest mark in the league. Wheeler should excel in this matchup at home in pitcher-friendly Citi Field.
Manny Banuelos - P, CWS vs BAL ($5,800)
Banuelos is an extremely cheap starting pitcher option who may be able to give you a solid performance. Banuelos isn't a very good pitcher, although he's managed a 2.51 ERA through 14 innings this season. He's mostly attractive because of his matchup against the Orioles, who have a poor .291 wOBA against left-handed pitching. Banuelos is certainly a risky play, but he can be very valuable at this price if he can take advantage of an easy opponent.
FanDuel DFS Infielders
Paul Goldschmidt - 1B, STL at WAS ($4,100)
Many owners may be looking to fade Goldschmidt in a tough matchup against Patrick Corbin, so I'll be taking him as a contrarian play. Goldy hit lefties better than righties last year with a 155 wRC+ and as an elite hitter, he's got a good chance to produce no matter who he faces.
Brandon Lowe - 2B, TB at KC ($3,700)
Lowe has punished right-handed pitching this season with a .299/.360/.597 line. He's in a valuable spot batting leadoff for the Rays, as he will be able to maximize his number of plate appearances, as well as put himself in a spot to score some runs. Royals starter Brad Keller has outperformed his 4.49 FIP and could get knocked around by Lowe and the Rays.
Josh Donaldson - 3B, ATL vs SD ($3,900)
Donaldson gets to face another lefty on Monday, so he's again worth looking at in your lineups. He went deep yesterday to give him four home runs over the last two weeks with a 1.040 OPS. He's in a great spot for both runs and RBI batting second in the Braves order.
Carlos Correa - SS, HOU at MIN ($3,900)
The Astros lineup should have a big day against Jake Odorizzi, owner of a 4.37 ERA this season. That means Correa should see lots of RBI opportunities batting fifth for Houston. Correa has rebounded nicely this season with a 140 wRC+.
FanDuel DFS Outfielders
Victor Robles - OF, WAS vs STL ($3,500)
Robles has a lot more value now that he will be batting first or second for the Nationals. He's been an electric fantasy player with four homers and seven steals, a power/speed combo that is particularly attractive in GPP contests.
Ryan Braun - OF, MIL vs COL ($2,800)
Braun is another splits guy to take advantage of, as he is much more valuable against left-handed pitching. He will be batting third for Milwaukee against Kyle Freeland, who has a 4.23 ERA, so Braun can rack up counting stats in an extreme hitter's park in Milwaukee.
