EPL DFS Lineup Picks for DraftKings (10/30/21) - English Premier League Soccer Matchweek 10

Brandon's DraftKings EPL DFS lineup picks for English Premier League soccer on 10/30/21 (Matchweek 10). His top daily fantasy soccer forwards, midfielders, defenders, goalkeepers.

Welcome back to “The Kick-Off”! We have a big favorite slate this week with Manchester City -667, Liverpool -360 and Chelsea -275.

The massive difference between lineups this weekend will be which favorite you have and which non-favorite you pair them with. There will be several “ugly lineups” that are made that could have the potential to score more than a “CASH” lineup. However, the theme of the slate will be focused on the three giants.

If you have any questions on today's slate, bankroll management, GPP strategy, Cash game strategy, or anything else don’t hesitate to email me at [email protected] or via Twitter @df_solutions or on “SLACK”.

The Kick-Off - EPL Matchweek 10

Vegas Odds for the Day

[H] Burnley (+177) at [A] Brentford (+166):  Total: 2 1/2u

In domestic play, Burnley has lost one of the last four matches 2-0 to Manchester City. The other three matches they have drawn with Leicester (2-2), Norwich (0-0) and most recently Southampton (2-2). After Brentford posted a solid run, they lost their last two matches by a combined score of 3-1 to both Chelsea and Leicester. Burnley continues to struggle in possession and they give up the third-most shots per game in the league. With attacking woes from Burnley and Brentford lined up in a more attacking formation, it is very possible the visitors squeak out a close win.

Expected Outcome: 1-0 Brentford

BUR:

Cash/GPP:

M/F: Westwood($5.9K)

GPP:  McNeil($6.6K), Cornet($6.2K), Lowton($4.8K), Pope($4.8K), Wood($4.3K)

BRE:

Cash/GPP:

G: Fernandes(4.6K)

D: Canos($4.6K)

M/F: Jensen($5.4K)

GPP: Mbuemo($6.1K)

[H] Liverpool (-360) at [A] Brighton & Hove Albion (+850):  Total: 3o

Believe it or not, Brighton won the last meeting between these two sides and the match prior to that ended in a draw. However, looking even further, Liverpool was on a 4-game win streak against Brighton. Liverpool comes into this match hunting Chelsea in the table for first place and Liverpool is also one of the best in-form clubs in the top-flight right now. This should be a straightforward match for the Reds and they will look to continue their domination this season.

Expected Outcome: 3-0 Liverpool

LIV:

Cash/GPP:

G: Alisson($5.9K)

D: Alexander-Arnold($7.5K), Robertson($5.6K)

M/F: Salah($12.3K), Mane($9.3K), Jota($7.6K)

GPP: Keita($4.8K)

BHA:

Cash/GPP:

GPP: Gross($6.3K), Trossard($5.1K), Sanchez($3.6K), March($3.4K)

[H] Manchester City (-667) at [A] Crystal Palace (+1750):  Total: 3o

Manchester City is coming into this match after a penalty shootout loss to West Ham in the Carabao Cup at midweek. Palace has drawn their last four matches in domestic play and they will be chugging up a massive hill against the heavy home favorites. Both Chelsea (1st) and Liverpool (2nd) also have plus matchups this weekend and City cannot afford to drop any points against the club that gives up the sixth-most shots and the third-most goals in the league.

Expected Outcome: 4-0 Manchester City

MCL:

Cash/GPP:

G: Ederson($5.8K)

D: Cancelo($6K)

M/F: Foden($10.5K), de Bruyne($10K), Grealish($8.9K), Jesus($8.3K)

GPP: Silva($6.9K)

CRY:

Cash/GPP:

GPP: Zaha($5.8K), Gallagher($5.1K)

[H] Newcastle United (+767) at [A] Chelsea (-275):  Total: 2 1/2o

Chelsea continues to show their dominance since winning the Champions League last season. Even without their two best strikers, they still managed to put up seven goals against Norwich last weekend. The Magpies continue to struggle and they are trying to get through the season in the top-flight before massive changes are made under the new ownership. In their first match without Steve Bruce, they managed to draw with Palace, however, Chelsea is a much tougher task.

Expected Outcome: 3-0 Chelsea

NEW:

Cash/GPP:

D: Ritchie($5.1K)

GPP: Dubravka($3.7K), Shelvey($3.3K)

CHE:

Cash/GPP:

G: Mendy($5.7K)

D: Chilwell($7.7K)

M/F: Mount($9.5K),

GPP: Havertz($7.8K), Hudson-Odoi($7.1K), James($6.7K)

[H] Watford (+227) at [A] Southampton (+120):  Total: 2 1/2u

Southampton has won the last two meetings by a combined score of 5-2. Both clubs have lost three of their last five matches in all competition and Watford is coming off a massive 5-2 away win over Everton last weekend. After Southampton lost in the Carabao Cup in midweek, it will be hard to predict their stamina in a trip to Vicarage Road. This looks to be a low-scoring affair with the possibility of the spoils being shared.

Expected Outcome: 1-1

WAT:

Cash/GPP:

GPP: Sarr($7K), King($6.8K), Hernandez($6.4K), Foster($4.4K), Masina($3.4K)

SOU:

Cash/GPP:

GPP: Ward-Prowse($9.1K), Adams($5.7K), Livramento($4.9K)

Expected Corner Takers:

Brentford: Jensen

Burnley: Westwood/McNeil

Brighton & Hove Albion: Gross

Liverpool: TAA/Robertson

Crystal Palace: Gallagher

Manchester City: Foden/Gundogan/KDB

Chelsea: Chilwell/Mount

Newcastle: Ritchie

Southampton: JWP/Redmond

Watford: Hernandez/Cleverley/Rose
