DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (4/7/18): NBA DFS Lineups

We have a smallish Saturday slate, which is one of the last days of the regular season, so it might be time to focus on players from teams who need to win. As of right now, there are only three teams clinched in the Western Conference, so we are in for a wild few days to end the season.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/7/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for sites like FanDuel, and other sports too. Give me a follow on Twitter @DFS_Tom. Good luck!

DraftKings DFS Guards

Quinn Cook - PG, GS vs NO (DK - $5,700)

Cook is still seeing the starting role with Curry out with an injury, so if his minutes are locked in, he makes a good start. This is a pace up spot for the Warriors, and at Cook's cheaper price, he shouldn't have any issue reaching value in this game. He has scored 25 or more DraftKings points in four of his last five games, and with this game having an over-under of 224 points, you will certainly want some exposure to it. The Pelicans are 20th DvP against point guards, so the potential upside is there for Cook, along with his consistency as of late.

Trey Burke - PG/SG, NY vs MIL (DK - $6,900)

Burke has been a very solid addition to this Knicks team, and despite their season being long over, he has been putting up solid numbers, He has scored 24 DraftKings points or more in nine of his last 10 games and is now up against the Bucks, who are giving up 40 DK points per game to shooting guards. The Bucks are holding down the seventh seed right now, but are only one game out of the sixth spot. With that said, there are rumors going around that they don't want the sixth spot since that would mean potentially playing the Cavs. So take note that the Bucks could be trying to "not win" and has the potential upside for Burke.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Paul George - SF, OKC @ HOU (DK - $7,400)

The Western Conference playoff race couldn't be tighter right now, and the Thunder have to win in these final few days. George and the Thunder are up against the Rockets, who are giving up 40 DraftKings points per game to small forwards. George has scored 32 points or more in seven of his last 10 games and is averaging 36 DK points per game vs the Rockets this season. This game has an over-under set at 219 points, and with George's 27% usage rate, he should see the ball plenty to reach value.

Nikola Mirotic - PF, NO @ GS (DK - $5,100)

Mirotic makes more of a GPP option since he has the ability to hit the three ball, and can often fail to reach value if he doesn't score pure points. He is up against the Warriors, who are giving up 47 DraftKings points per game to power forwards. This game has an over-under set at 224 points, so we are in for plenty of scoring tonight. Mirotic has a 22% usage rate this season, along with averaging 1.00 fantasy point per minute. In the one game, he played against the Warriors this season, he played 27 minutes and put up 44 DraftKings points, so he clearly has there number.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Bobby Portis - C, CHI vs BKN (DK - $6,000)

Portis is up against the Nets, who are giving up 58 DraftKings points per game to centers, which is dead last in the league. Even though the Bulls are in full tank mode, Portis is giving it his all this late in the season. He has scored 27 or more points in eight of his last 10 games and has taken 10 or more field goal attempts in nine of his last 10 games. Portis is a solid part of this offense, and showing he can produce fantasy numbers regarless of the opponent.
