DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (4/29/18): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on April 29, 2018. Justin Bales' NBA DFS analysis and sleepers for building optimal DFS rosters.

We're starting the second round for Utah and Houston today, which means we don't have series numbers for them. There's two games today, though, so it's a slate that can be played, specifically with GPPs.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/29/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for sites like FanDuel, and other sports too. Give me a follow on Twitter and say hello @BalesSJustin. Good luck!

DraftKings DFS Guards

Joe Ingles - SG/SF, at HOU ($6,200)

Ricky Rubio is out for this game, meaning Ingles will be locked into big minutes, as he has to play minutes at shooting guard and small forward. Ingles has played 42 minutes in his last two games, and he has scored 32+ fantasy points in three of his last four games. He's still extremely cheap, and he's a great option today.

Alec Burks - PG/SF, at HOU ($3,400)

Burks will be locked into bigger minutes with Rubio injured. In the game Rubio hurt his hamstring, Burks scored 15.75 fantasy points in 17 minutes. He's averaging nearly 1.0 fantasy point per minute this season, and he could see upwards of 30 minutes if he's playing well. Burks certainly comes with risk, but he is a great option for a low price tag tonight.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

LeBron James - SF/PF, vs IND ($12,100)

James was injured in the Cavs last game, and he flashed his absolute floor, scoring 44.25 fantasy points in 31 minutes. He will likely play 40+ minutes today, and he's averaging well over 60 fantasy points per game in his healthy games this season. This is Game 7 tonight, and James will be looking to take over. He's the first player that should be inserted into all of your lineups tonight.

Trevor Ariza - SF/PF, vs UTA ($4,500)

Ariza has quietly been heating up recently, scoring 25+ fantasy points in three of his last four games. He gets a tough matchup against the Utah Jazz, but Ariza should see plenty of opportunities to score with Utah focusing more heavily on James Harden. Ariza is a cheap option that will be locked into big minutes, and he can be considered in all leagues.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Clint Capela - C, vs UTA ($6,900)

I hate using centers against the Utah Jazz, but Capela has seemingly figured out the secret to dominate them. In three matchups this season, Capela is averaging 13.0 points, 11.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 2.3 blocks (35.6 fantasy points) in only 24.5 minutes per game. Capela has also scored 49.75 and 48.75 fantasy points in his last two games. It's a bad matchup on paper, but Capela can be used in all leagues.
