DraftKings DFS Guards
Goran Dragic - PG, MIA @ PHI (DK - $6,500)
Dragic and the Heat are playing in a pace up spot against the 76ers tonight, so he should make a solid cash game option. Dragic scored 26 or more DraftKings points in six of his last 10 games, and being up against the 76ers should be beneficial for him, as they are giving up 45 DK points per game to point guards. This game has an over-under set at 212 points, which is second highest on the slate, meaning we are likely to see a good amount of scoring in this one. In three game Dragic has played Philadelphia this season, he averaged just under one fantasy point per minute, a level he should be able to reach tonight.
DeMar DeRozan - SG, TOR vs WAS (DK - $7,600)
DeRozan is simply just too cheap to pass up on this four-game slate. He was up over $9K at some points in the season, and if he is this much lower now, you want to take advantage of that. He finished the season with 31% usage rate, along with averaging 1.13 fantasy points per minute. This is a player who has the ability to scored 30 or more real points relatively easily, so if we get one of these ceiling gams out of him, we could be talking about 50 or more DraftKings points. The Wizards are giving up 40 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards this season, which is right at league average.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
Al-Farouq Aminu - SF, POR vs NO (DK - $4,900)
Aminu is truly a great role player for the Trail Blazers, but with that, his production can vary a bit, which makes him riskier for cash games. In his last 10 games, he had a low of 13 DraftKings points, with a high of 35 points. That variance is not something you want in cash, but for tournaments, that is something you should be embracing. He is up against the Pelicans, who gave up 42 DraftKings points per game to small forwards, which was in the bottom 10 in the league, so the upside for Aminu is there because of the weaker defense.
Nikola Mirotic - PF, NO @ POR (DK - $6,900)
Mirotic ended the season super hot, so we are hoping he can carry that into the playoffs. He scored 50 or more DrafKings points in those last four games and did so by putting up 21 or more real points in each of those games. He has plenty of tournament upside since he can get hot from three-point range. In those last four games, he took seven or more three-point attempts in each game and hit four or more in three of those game. Really strong production from him, making him viable in all formats.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Amir Johnson - C, PHI vs MIA (DK - $3,900)
Johnson is seeing some solid minutes because Embiid is still out with an injury, and with his cheaper price he won't have to do a whole lot to reach value. He produced at or above one fantasy point per minute in three of his last four games, and even though they might not be massive numbers, his salary allows you a path to get up to the high priced superstars. This is a four-game slate, so the options are limited across the board, and he will likely be one of the more popular value plays.
