Monday's slate of Major League Baseball games is short and sweet, with just four total games on the schedule. Most DFS games will feature the three evening games, leaving out the 4:05 p.m. ET start between the Los Angeles Angels and Chicago Cubs. Be sure to double-check the weather and the lineups before finalizing your roster.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 6/3/19. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for sites like FanDuel, and other sports too.

Today's Weather
There are just four total games on the slate, and wind will not be a factor, especially since two of the venues have retractable roofs. The winds will be 8 mph or less in each of the four parks, and rain chances of 10 percent or less.
DraftKings DFS Starting Pitchers
Walker Buehler - P, LAD at ARI ($8,900)
Buehler has posted back-to-back quality starts on the road, allowing just two earned runs and 12 hits with a walk and 13 strikeouts across 12 innings in a win and a hard-luck loss. As such, he is a solid play against the Snakes, a team with 533 strikeouts, 8.9 strikeouts per game.
Aaron Nola - P, PHI at SD ($9,600)
Nola will put his unblemished 6-0 record on the line at Petco Park. He has posted a 4.18 ERA and 74 strikeouts across 64 2/3 innings, and he should log plenty more strikeouts against the Padres. San Diego has 581 strikeouts on the season, second-most in the National League, and third-most in the majors.
DraftKings DFS Infielders
J.T. Realmuto - C, PHI at SD ($4,400)
Realmuto is the highest priced backstop on the board on Monday, but it's a short slate and he is worth extra couple hundred in salary. He will be facing LHP Eric Lauer, and the receiver is hitting .278 (15-for-54) with five doubles, three homers and 11 RBI with a .842 OPS vs. southpaws this season, while he is hitting .253 with a .718 OPS against righties.
Cody Bellinger - 1B/OF, LAD at ARI ($5,800)
If you're going to splurge on someone, splurge on Bellinger, who can also be used in the outfield. He has hit safely in 10 in a row, hitting .300 (12-for-40) with three homers, eight RBI, six walks and seven runs scored. He is one of the most dangerous hitters in the game and a must-have on a light slate.
Ketel Marte - 2B/OF, ARI vs. LAD ($4,900)
With just three night games, unfortunately, you have to use some batters against your own pitchers. Marte has been on a roll lately, hitting .383 (18-for-47) with 12 runs scored, five home runs and 12 RBI during his current 10-game hitting streak.
Scott Kingery - 3B/OF, PHI at SD ($4,300)
Kingery has racked up 11 extra-base hits in just 79 at-bats so far, and he'll have a favorable matchup against Lauer at Petco Park. He has posted seven doubles in 50 at-bats on the road this season, and he is slashing .296/.296/.519 vs. LHP.
Nick Ahmed - SS, ARI vs. LAD ($3,700)
Ahmed enters on a 1-for-12 slide, as New York Mets pitching did him in over the weekend and cooled him off a bit. Still, he is 19-for-54 (.352) with four doubles, a home run and four RBI across the past 14 games to bump his average up from .244 to .271 just since May 18. He has six multi-hit games during the span, and he still comes on the cheap.
DraftKings DFS Outfielders
Kike Hernandez - OF, LAD at ARI ($3,900)
Hernandez has registered a respectable 6.4 Fantasy Points Per Game (FPPG) this season, and he will look to power up against LHP Robbie Ray. Hernandez has three homers and five extra-base hits in 31 career at-bats against Ray, posting a .645 slugging percentage and 1.049 OPS. He has struggled against righties, but he is a respectable 20-for-70 (.286) with two doubles, four homers and 15 RBI with a .286/.378/.486 slash line against LHP.
Mallex Smith OF, SEA vs. HOU ($4,100)
After a brutal start to the season, Smith is starting to finally get his sea legs. He has hit safely in five of the past seven games while posting five RBI, three runs scored and six stolen bases. It won't take much for him to meet or exceed DFS salary expectations.
