Going into Week 6 in College Football, the line-up of usual under-the-radar games on Thursday and Friday's slates will be the most watched so far of games broadcasted at those times this season. While selecting the players you know the most about on Saturday seems the more appealing choice, there are many advantages to selecting players from a smaller array of games.
Essentially, the risk factor in four games is much more controlled than that of a 12-to-20-game slate. Mathematically, you can better configure possible fantasy scores from each position with a smaller array of teams, especially when drafting a quarterback. Also, the absolute disproportionate mismatches in these specific games will be easy money.
The most significant note to be made is that all four games are aligned by conference. That being said, Thursdays' and Fridays' games may be for all the marbles for teams that already have one conference loss. Fortunately, we've seen enough player stats for this season to know which sleepers will be waking up this weekend.

DraftKings CFB Lineup Picks - Fantasy College Football (Week 6)
Southern Methodist Mustangs (1-4) @ Houston Cougars (4-0)
For the seventh year in a row, you can expect the Cougars to put a hurting on the SMU Mustangs when they come to Houston, having only won one of the last five games. Houston QB Greg Ward Jr. is going for a whopping $10,000, but after putting 50.1 Fantasy Points on the board last week and breaking the school's record for rushing yards, you likely won't be able to win a contest against anyone who selects him. The extra $1,000-$2,000 that you put up could produce an extra 20-30 points over the next highest producing quarterback.
Additionally, WR Demarcus Ayers ($6,600, 25.8 FPPG) is Ward's favorite target when he's pressed to pass, and will likely outperform his stats last week.
Washington Huskies (2-2) @ Southern California Trojans (3-1)
USC is currently a 16.5 point favorite over the Huskies, and one it could be years before there's a big bold 'W' on this component of Washington's schedule. Despite reporting that he has missed practice due to "personal reasons," WR JuJu Smith ($7,300, 31.4 FPPG) will inevitably have his best game of the season and over-deliver for the Trojans. RB Justin Davis ($4,700, 12.4 FPPG), who hasn't been a signifigant playmaker just yet, will likely get lots of extra opportunities to score this time around.
Huskies RB Dwyane Washington ($4,600, 22.0 FPPG) is a great pick for lesser opponents, but will likely not perform against USC's defense. It's difficult to believe that Washington would risk running the ball as much in this match-up.
Southern Miss Golden Eagles (3-2) @Marshall Thundering Herd (4-1)
Marshall is certainly expected to outshine Southern Miss this weekend. However, the Golden Eagles have learned some valuable lessons against teams like Nebraska and Mississippi State these last few weeks. While the score may end with a Marshall victory, it's likely that Southern Miss makes more fantasy-point-producing plays.
Southern Miss certainly has better numbers in their passing game, so don't be afraid to pair up QB Nick Mullens ($6,300, 28.2) and WR Mike Thomas ($4,000, 18.9 FPPG) who produced 43.5 points last week, much attributed to completing three touchdowns. In this game, you will want to invest in the playmakers, not the predicted victor. In fact, my prediction is Southern Miss takes the win by 10.
North Carolina State (4-1) @Virginia Tech Hokies (2-3)
The gold mine in the early part of the weekend is certainly found in NC State RB Matthew Dayes ($7,300, 31.4 FPPG) who is second in the country with 10 rushing touchdowns. Virginia Tech has been struggling with allowed rushing yards per game, and gives us reason to believe that Dayes and QB Jacoby Brissett ($5,800, 15.5 FPPG) will be having fanstasy-career highs in this match-up.
WR Jaylen Samuels ($5,000, 23.9 FPPG) will also complete an astronomical number of passes and likely make a few of those catches in the endzone. Especially for the price, Samuels will help accomodate more room for the high-salary quarterback stocks in these games, which, again, will be crutial to your success in the early weekends' slates.
