Daily Fantasy Baseball Streamers - MLB Hitter, Pitcher Lineup Picks for Tuesday 6/22

Top daily fantasy baseball streamers and waiver wire adds for 6/22/21. Mike Marteny identifies MLB hitters and starting pitchers to stream based on matchups.

Welcome to another edition of our daily fantasy baseball streamers! Are you playing in leagues with daily moves and looking to beef up those rosters? We here at RotoBaller are there for you and all of your streaming needs. Whether you are just trying to get that elusive category win or you are trying to make up for Civale getting hurt or Adbert Alzolay not making it through five innings, we can help. Each day, RotoBaller will provide you with some of the best streaming options to consider in both shallow and deep fantasy baseball daily leagues. Streaming hitters and pitchers to exploit matchups are important to help you win your league.

It is important to know your league if you're going to stream. I'm not just talking about which teams your leaguemates root for. I'm talking about whether strikeouts count against you for hitters or if fielding stats are included. Most importantly, you need to know how many transactions you have per week. You don't want to blow your allotment within a couple of days. You can also use these recommendations to help build your DFS lineups. This article will use rostered percentages and position eligibility from ESPN leagues.

It's ace day with 12 pitchers owned in more than 90% of leagues and another five that are owned in more than half of ESPN leagues. Our pool is still just under half with 13 pitchers available in it. Are any of them really worth using? That's what I'm here for!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy baseball lineup tools and resources:

Hitter Streamers for 6/22 - Shallow Leagues

Jonathan India (2B/3B, RHB, CIN) - 41.8% Rostered

Matchup: at MIN RHP Bailey Ober

India has been all or nothing of late. Over his last eight games, he has four multi-hit games totaling 11 hits. In the other four, he is 0-12. The good news is that India still got on base in all but one of those games. He has a homer, four runs scored, three RBI, and two steals in those games. Those of you in OBP leagues will appreciate the walks a little more than those of us in regular leagues. As per usual with the Twins, we're not attacking the starter. Ober is going to go five solid innings. We're playing India for the four innings against that horrid bullpen.

Ty France (1B/2B, RHB, SEA) - 40.7% Rostered

Matchup: vs. COL LHP Kyle Freeland

I sure hope France is in the lineup because he is on some kind of heater right now. France is hitting .421 over his nine-game hitting streak with three homers, seven RBI, and eight runs scored. Give me that bat against Freeland all day. The last game in which France didn't reach base was all the way back on June 11. If he's in the Mariners lineup, he should be in yours as well.

Adam Duvall (OF, RHB, MIA) - 36.8% Rostered

Matchup: vs. TOR RHP Ross Stripling

Stripling has pitched well of late, but he has still given up three homers in his last four starts and 10 in 11 starts this season. That's what we're really chasing here. Duvall is hitting .389 with four homers, 11 RBI, and six runs over the last week. He even stole a base! Duvall has seven homers in the last ten games and 19 RBI in that span. I'm riding this hot streak even against a decent pitcher like Stripling.

J.P. Crawford (SS, LHB, SEA) - 26.1% Rostered

Matchup: vs. COL LHP Kyle Freeland

Crawford is 13-35 over his current eight-game hitting streak with two homers, seven RBI, and six runs scored. He is hitting atop the Seattle lineup and he absolutely destroys lefties. Crawford is hitting .333 against lefties on the season. The .409 BABIP against lefties is a little high and he is worse against lefties overall in his career, but considering his hot streak, I'll say he at least gets one hit for us tonight.

Hitter Streamers for 6/22 - Deeper Leagues

Luis Urias (2B/SS/3B, RHB, MIL) - 19.3% Rostered

Matchup: at ARI RHP Zac Gallen

Urias is riding a modest five-game hitting streak right now. In that span, he is hitting .375 with a homer, four RBI, five runs scored, and a steal. The Milwaukee order is struggling as a whole right now, but Urias wont cost you anything. He's in a great hitter's park with a good matchup and has been promoted to at or near the top of the order. We can do worse.

Brandon Belt (1B, LHB, SF) - 17.8% Rostered

Matchup: at LAA LHP Andrew Heaney

Belt is getting hot again. He is hitting .417 over his current seven-game hitting streak with three homers, five RBI, and eight runs scored. Three of those homers are in the last four games. Belt hits lefties well enough to consider him here and the Giants have the added benefit of the DH in the A.L. park. That's just more baserunners for Belt to drive in.

Bobby Dalbec (1B, RHB, BOS) - 10.7% Rostered

Matchup: at TB LHP Ryan Yarbrough

Andrew Kittridge is going to start this game for the Rays, but considering that Dalbec hits in the bottom of the order anyway, his first at-bat will mostly likely come against the lefty Yarbrough. That's a good thing. Dalbec is hitting .278 against lefties this year compared to .185 against righties. Dalbec is 8-16 over his last four starts with a homer, four RBI, and four runs scored, all of those against a lefty starter. He's worth a look as a streamer today.

Tony Kemp (2B/OF, LHB, OAK) - 10.4% Rostered

Matchup: at TEX RHP Jordan Lyles

The new Globe Life Park has done wonders for some Rangers pitchers, but not Jordan Lyles. He's still mostly awful. He has a 6.52 ERA in six home starts. Kemp is now batting second for the A's and has at least one hit in eight of the last ten games and has reached base safely in all of those. Kemp is 10-32 with two homers, six RBI, 11 runs scored, and a steal in that span. If you need runs or steals or play in a league that counts OBP, you need Kemp while he's hot.

Pitcher Streamer for 6/22 - Shallow Leagues

Tarik Skubal (LHP, DET) - 36.7% rostered

Matchup: vs. St. Louis

Yes, Skubal has allowed three runs in each of his last two starts, but he did go six innings in each. Those are both quality starts and he helped you out with 13 strikeouts in those 12 innings. The 11 walks over the last four starts are cause for concern, but not tonight. The Cardinals have only scored more than two run three times in the last two weeks. The 54 runs in 18 June games with a .215 average is just plain bad. On the season, the Cardinals are only drawing walks 9% of the time. They are striking out nearly three times as much. This is a great spot for Skubal. Expect another quality start at the very least with help to your strikeouts.

Pitcher Streamers for 6/22- Deeper Leagues

Ross Stripling (RHP, TOR) - 15.6% rostered

Matchup: at Miami

Stripling has allowed two runs or fewer in four of his last five starts. Boston got him a little, but he still struck out six Red Sox in that game. The fact is that Stripling is on a bit of a heater. He has allowed only eight runs over 29.1 innings in his last five starts while striking out 29. He gets a big park upgrade heading to Miami. The Marlins offense is improving, but I still think Stripling continues his recent strong run with a solid outing here. He should help your ratios and strikeouts at the very least.

Bailey Ober (RHP, MIN) - 3.4% rostered

Matchup: vs. Cincinnati

Ober has only allowed three runs in 13 June innings while striking out 17 batters. Unlike some young pitchers with strikeout upside, Ober has limited baserunners. He has only given up one walk in those three starts and two walks in four starts on the year. This Cincinnati offense will likely ding him once or twice, but keep in mind that the struggling J.A. Happ turned in a decent outing against this team last night. I like the upside for Ober here.
