BALLER MOVE: Continue Scouting (add if desperate for saves)
ANALYSIS: The Astros may be the worst team in baseball, but even terrible teams need a guy to close games, and at the moment, that guy seems to be Chia-Jen Lo. Lo hasn't officially been named Houston's closer, but he seems to have the trust of manager Bo Porter and has little competition for the role outside of Josh Fields, who may have already blown his chance. Save chances in Houston may be few and far between the rest of the way, so it may be wise to watch Lo a bit before adding him. If you're desperate for saves, however, it may make sense to roll the dice on Lo before someone else in your league does.
