All of those teams that opted out of the NIT...who needs you? Seton Hall and Indiana State were the two biggest NCAA Tournament snubs and they proved it by advancing through a tough NIT bracket to the Championship Game. That doesn't happen very often!
This is a de facto road game for the Pirates as Hinkle Fieldhouse is only 90 minutes away from Terre Haute. The Sycamores will have a lot of fans in the fieldhouse tonight. This is going to feel like a scene out of Hoosiers.

Today's DraftKings Captains - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Robbie Avila, Indiana State ($15.6K)
Robbie Avila in the NIT Semifinal:
• 26 points
• 11-14 FG
• 3-5 3PT
• 10 rebounds
• 3 assistsAvila is already a college hoops celebrity.
But he would’ve been the most POPULAR man in America had Indiana State made the NCAA Tournament. pic.twitter.com/PdQNJ57RPJ

Instead, we got...Virginia. I've beaten that horse to death over the last couple of weeks and it still feels worth beating. This isn't about taking backhanded jabs at the selection committee full of people who only watch Power Five teams. This is about celebrating the best Indiana State player since Larry Bird.
Avila has played like it in the last two games. He has 48 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists, two steals, and a block against two good teams in Utah and Cincinnati. The Sycamores fed off the crowd in the win over Utah, specifically Avila. He was better in home games than road games this year. We're already treating this as a home game. Expect his stats to follow. Avila is the safest play at the captain slot, but you do have to pay for the security.
Dre Davis, Seton Hall ($14.7K)
Davis is a defensive dynamo who has quietly averaged 16.3 points and 7.8 rebounds in the four-game NIT run. He also has 10 blocks and five steals in those four games. Come for the elite defense, stick around for the scoring binge that Davis is on. He has played all but 16 minutes in the four tournament games.
Al-Amir Dawes, Seton Hall ($12.9K)
Dawes' stock tanked after a rough three games against Creighton, UConn, and Villanova. That can be expected. What was not expected is the postseason run that Dawes is on. He has averaged 20.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 0.2 blocks, and 1.4 steals in the five postseason games for the Hall. We should see plenty of offensive fireworks in this game. Dawes will be leading the charge for the Pirates.
Also consider: Kadary Richmond, Seton Hall ($16.2K); Ryan Conwell, Indiana State ($15.3K); Jaden Bediako, Seton Hall ($9.9K)

Today's DraftKings Utility Plays - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Kadary Richmond, Seton Hall ($10.8K)
Richmond may have the highest ceiling, but his price makes using him as the captain difficult. There isn't a lot of value on this slate as nine of the 10 starters between these two teams average 30 minutes per game. Only five combined players from these teams play more than 10 minutes per game off the bench. Richmond has averaged 40.2 DraftKings points per game in the postseason. We need him in the lineup somewhere.
Ryan Conwell, Indiana State ($10.2K)
Avila gets a lot of the attention, but it was Conwell who scored a career-high 27 points in the win over Utah in the semifinal game. Conwell doesn't provide as many ancillary stats, but he's a good passer and solid on the boards. If this game plays fast, which it should, the Sycamores are going to need Conwell's scoring again. He has scored at least 20 points in three of the four NIT games.
Dylan Addae-Wusu, Seton Hall ($7.4K)
Addae-Wusu has at least 20 DraftKings points in each of the last seven games despite not scoring in double figures in three of those games. He's a favorite play of mine since he is strong on the boards and a really good defender. The peripherals stand out with Addae-Wusu. He's priced right, but the ceiling isn't very high.
Also consider: Jayson Kent, Indiana State ($9K); Julian Larry, Indiana State ($8K)
Today's DraftKings Bargain Plays - CBB DFS Lineup Picks
Jaden Bediako, Seton Hall ($6.6K)
Bediako averages the fewest minutes of the Seton Hall starters, but he has been one of the more valuable over the last two games. Bediako has 25 points, 11 rebounds, five blocks, and two steals over 49 minutes in the last two games. They are going to need his presence up front with Avila up there. We could see his minutes inch toward 30 tonight, making him one of the better value plays.
Xavier Bledson, Indiana State ($4.8K)
Bledson plays the most minutes of any non-starter of the two teams. He's a high-energy bench guy who is a decent scorer, but his true value lies in running the offense when Larry is off the court. He'll play alongside Larry as well and get a few shots. He's the safest value play, but there is no upside.
Also consider: Jaquan Sanders, Seton Hall ($4K)
