BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ team leagues
OWNED IN: 47% of Fleaflicker leagues
EXPERT ANALYSIS: Anthony DeSclafani continued his string of quality starts on July 6th against the league-leading Chicago Cubs. He allowed three runs in six innings, striking out six en route to his fourth QS in five starts. His 1.78 ERA and 3-0 record will have owners scrambling to add him. Upon further inspection, his 3.70 FIP and 4.53 SIERA suggest some regression is in order. His 6.8 K/9 isn't overwhelming either, so he will need to keep his ratios low in order to help fantasy teams. The young starter is certainly making strides, however, and should be considered in deep leagues searching for help in ratios. The bottom line is that he is yet to allow more than two ER in any of his five starts and must be taken seriously until he actually shows signs of slowing down. His next start will come after the All-Star break and he will likely face Milwaukee, which is ranked 27th in MLB in runs scored.
