Okay, what is going on here? After declaring that Alfred Morris had regained control of the backfield in Washington, he ended up with the least touches among the three running backs on the team.
Matt Jones saw the majority of the work here, but still posted a somewhat ineffective 11-20-1 line. His early season success seems to be a thing of the past. Chris Thompson was the most active back in the passing game, hauling in six-of-seven targets for 33 yards, adding 15 yards on the ground.
Seriously, who knows what will happen next week. Maybe Morris will get 20 carries out of nowhere. None of these backs are viable options against a stout Jets defense Week 6, but I can see an argument for Thompson in PPR leagues.
