Analysis: In nine starts so far this season Adam Conley has a 4.15 ERA, a 3.56 FIP, and a 1.43 WHIP. His isolated performance shows better than his actual ERA because Conley has increased his strikeout volume this season to 8.5 K/9 and has limited his HR/9 to just 0.6. Even though he has been walking more batters, he has done a good job of stifling power. He is allowing a slugging percentage of just .367 to opposing batters this year and has lowered his XBH allowed percentage to just 5.8%. He allows a decent amount of hits and walks, but he has been great at limiting devastating damage while coupling that will a delightful increase in whiffs. Especially look to use Conley in road starts. In five away games pitched this year Conley has a 2.73 ERA and 1.25 WHIP. Those aren't exactly Tyler Chatwood figures, but that is a pretty noticeable difference.
