DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (12/11/18): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on December 11, 2018. Justin Bales provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

After a massive Monday slate, we're back to a small, three game Tuesday slate. There was a plethora of odd injury news last night, and we're hoping things are a bit more straight forward tonight.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/11/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings.

You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. As always, don't set your lineups to early and check player statuses prior to opening tip. Give me a follow on Twitter @BalesSJustin with questions or comments. Good luck everyone.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Damian Lillard - PG, at HOU ($9,700)

Lillard has been playing at a high level for the Portland Blazers, specifically over his last four games. Over that span, he's averaging 30.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 8.0 assists, and 1.3 steals (54.1 fantasy points) in 35.8 minutes per game. He has been a better option on the road this season, and he needed only 27.4 minutes to score 37.25 fantasy points against the Houston Rockets earlier this season. He makes an elite option on a three game slate.

De'Anthony Melton - PG/SG, at SA ($4,300)

Melton has seen an increase in minutes recently, playing 23+ minutes in each of his last four games. He drew the start last night, scoring 13 points with four rebounds, eight assists, and two steals in 36 minutes. He has been a dominant option in limited minutes this season, averaging 0.97 fantasy points per minute this season. Melton also gets a solid matchup against the San Antonio Spurs, who have struggled against guards this season. Melton may not play 36 minutes in this game, but he should only need minutes in the mid-20s to hit value.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Mikal Bridges - SG/SF, at SA ($4,000)

Bridges is in a similar position to Melton tonight. He has played 30+ minutes in his last three games, including 39 minutes in an overtime game last night. He has also scored 24+ fantasy points in each of those games. As mentioned above, San Antonio has struggled against guards this season, and Bridges is a cheap option, who will see a plethora of minutes tonight. He's a safe option on a smaller slate.

Pascal Siakam - PF, at LAC ($6,300)

Siakam has struggled with upside at times this season, but he has been extremely consistent. He's averaging 15.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.0 block (31.6 fantasy points) in 33.1 minutes per game over the last 10 days. He has been a bit more inconsistent recently, but has still scored 30+ fantasy points in six of his last 10 games. He gets a great matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers, who love pushing the pace in games. Siakam is a safe option, who can be considered in all leagues for his price tag.

DraftKings DFS Center

Jusuf Nurkic - C, at HOU ($7,500)

You'll need to find upside on this slate, specifically in tournaments. Nurkic is an elite way to get that upside. Through 26 games, he's averaging 1.37 fantasy points per minute. He's also averaging 15.0 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.2 blocks, and 1.0 steal in 26.2 minutes per game. Nurkic scored 40 fantasy points against the Houston Rockets in only 24.1 minutes earlier this season. He comes with plenty of risk, but unmatched upside for his price tag.
